It was very nice for what you pay. The only small issue we had was our shower knob fell off but we were able to fix it ourselves haha. Worker was super friendly and helpful. The beds are on the bouncier side, so just be aware of that if you’re more of a soft/hard bed kind of person! The location is very nice with a Starbucks and gas station right next door! If I come back to Barstow, I will more than likely stay here for the convenience!

We arrived with our teardrop trailer and two small dogs during an absolute downpour - raining buckets (hence the reason we decided to forgo camping). The office staff were beyond exceptional. Brenda is super friendly and answered all of our questions. Rachi lent us her umbrella. They worked with us, at night and in the pouring rain to make sure our trailer was parked to our satisfaction in their somewhat small parking lot.

The rooms are a decent size, clean, and quieter than we expected. The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. We ordered pizza and were warm and cozy for the night.

This place is right off the freeway and next door to a Starbucks for easy breakfast/snacks.

If you are looking for a clean, safe, and budget-friendly option, this place will fit the bill. We usually stay in Best Westerns when on the road and this was half the price.

Traveling from Vegas to L.A., decided to do an overnight here so I could drive a little bit of Rt 66 and see some attractions like Bottle Ranch and Rt 66 museum and whatever else. Arrived very late, after midnight, had to ring a bell and wake the guy up but he came to the service window and I interacted with him from outside on a chilly night. He was as quick as possible and got my room to me. Finding my room at night was a bit difficult, hard to see room numbers and hard to figure out the numbering but I finally found it. Room was fine - it was clean but dated and a bit worn. It was fine for an inexpensive overnight - more than fine. It was a smoking room and I didn't realize that I booked a smoking room, because I was careless and not used to hotels having smoking rooms anymore these days. Not a real big deal for me, I probably paid less because of it. The smell was not pleasant but not unpleasant, but monst importantly my stuff and I did not pick up the smell of smoke just from being in the room. Next day I headed out and as it's right on Rt 66 I found the attractions along the way as I drove a length of Rt 66 that included Bottle Tree Ranch and the Rt 66 museum. For the price I paid, well under their normal rate, it was fantastic, but had I paid much more than that I'd be more critical and less satisfied with what I got for my money.

The cost performance is excellent. I paid $59 in cash with no deposit required. It was better than the Motel 6 I stayed at. The bathroom fan is noisy, but at this price, it's understandable. There is a microwave and a refrigerator, but nothing else.

I stay in Barstow a lot for work. The man helped me check in and was very sweet. Although the TV wouldn't work, I had an overall good night. However, I seen I was getting charged twice on my credit card. I called asking what this is about, THE LADY was rude right off the bat talking over me. I finally snapped and told her don't talk to me like that I'm just trying to figure out what's going on ma'am. She calmed down and figured out it was a tax charge. Okay no big deal! But you definitely lost me as a customer. If you can't have good customer service, then don't run a business. I feel sorry for the man. It seems like she is driving many potential customers away with her attitude.

Very decent accommodations, clean rooms with ample lighting, Lots of outside lighting and cameras on the property for security. Comfortable beds, sizeable rooms, ice machine, washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, TV and wifi, iron and ironing board, pool. Definitely a very good value and decent hotel for the money, and I recommend it if you want to stop and rest for a night or if you'd like to stay for a while. The managers and their crew all work very hard to keep the place clean and safe. It's very well lit with lots of cameras for security.

I had ANiL help me out he was very nice let me pick room. I stayed in a king bed room. Very clean and has fridge and microwave. I usually stay in the two queen beds and it’s a little further from the loud noise if traffic. I had earplugs in and even those did not block the noise out. Next time I will bring my air purifier it blocks out everything.

Excellent bed. New mattress with good firm back support. Great pillows too. Shower was adequate but not great.
