Beautiful and relaxing place. Would definitely stay again. We feel like we lucked out finding this place. You do have to clean up after yourself before leaving-bag up trash, sweep, wipe counters, easy enough. Couldn't ask for more for the location and price. Even got to see barges going down the river.

Beautiful area...the cabins were clean and well stocked. Everything seems pretty well maintained as well. The host kindly allowed us to house our large dog on the back porch since we were fleeing hurricane Ida. (Typically they only allow small dogs) It is peaceful. A plethora of butterflies ,hummingbirds and birds. Lovely little garden plantings and attractive lighting abound the small grounds. A picturesque little gazebo over looks a pond...but alas there was no seating available. Also no patio chairs outside to enjoy the stars at night either. I enjoyed the stay...

We felt so relaxed and comfortable here. We will definitely go back. When you're told you don't need to bring anything besides food and drinks they're actually mean it. You can even get wood and ice there at a great price.

If your ever in Livingston Alabama you should definitely book a cabin at Mimosa Ridge. The owner Bruce was amazing from booking to departure. He and his staff was amazing. The prices are fair, the cabins were fully stocked, the cabins were super clean and we booked all 6 cabins. There is so much space on the grounds to do whatever your heart desire. We played baseball and cornhole and many other games. The pictures on the site are definitely the same, often times the pictures online lie but not in this case. If I could give them 10 stars I would. It is definitely a must visit and it was 15 of us. Awesome location Bruce.

We have been coming here for over 15 years. My husband found this hidden gem and we love it. We spend our wedding anniversaries here and don’t want to be anywhere else. Wonderful staff and the cabins are always neat and clean. We should know, we have stayed in all of them. If you want a place to relax and find yourself, this is it.
