Checked in on a Friday for 1 night. They are remodeling but our stay was not affected. Rooms are very spacious, but the two rooms we had did not have a place to hang clothes. If on a business trip or going to an event, this would be an issue. Did have a problem getting signal on the TV, but the girl at the front desk came up and fixed it for us. Hot breakfast buffet served 5-10am. And, at 9:30am they continue to refresh and put more food out, so no need to worry there. You can make your own waffles, regular or blueberry, plenty of toppings- choc. chips, syrup, peanut butter, fruit etc., even whipped cream. Coffee and juices plus fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and country potatoes. Cold cereals with milk, bagels, bread to make toast, scones and muffins. Check out is 12p, which allowed us plenty of time to have breakfast and then finish packing and load up. Service was excellent. Looking forward to seeing the new look after remodel.

I only stayed for one night to save myself 12 hours straight of driving, and I would do it again! Check in/out was fast and simple. Staff were friendly. As for my room, while the layout was a bit strange, it was impeccably clean and didn’t smell like mold or dust at all. Should I have to travel from the bay area to down south and back up again, I will surely rebook this hotel. The location is convenient and the breakfast is quite good for continental. The only thing I didn’t particularly love was that the only light fixture on the ceiling was by the door and nowhere near the beds. Pretty much only lit up the doorway, but that’s such a non-issue it’s hardly worth the mention. There’s bedside lamps for that.

Great hotel and excellent staff. The hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay, but besides the storage containers in the parking lot, it was unnoticed from inside. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind, and housekeeping kept my room tidy. Breakfast in the mornings was warm and everyone I interacted with from the staff was great.

We have been staying at this hotel 4-5 times per year since covid. We often travel the I-40 corridor between California and Arizona, but we will not be staying here anymore. The hotel has been under construction for years on and off. This has caused more containers in the parking area and it is now very diificult to park when we are pulling our trailer. We even came back after our driver window was smashed in. This time we were in one of the remodeled rooms, and it was very, very small. We hardly had any room to walk around the bed. There was no threshold on the door to the hallway. It was large enough to pass a pizza box through it. I'm sure this was a fire code violation. There was an actual label next to the door that said Supply Closet! There was no place to put our luggage. One if us put it on the desk. The other went on the floor. There was no luggage carrier in the closet. There was a big new shower, with a door that barely moved. But I would much rather have a larger room than a big shower, since I spend more time in my room then my shower. The bed was so soft that both of us woke up with sore backs and shoulders. It took all day to work the kinks out while driving and stretching. The food is decent, the staff friendly, we can bring our dogs, its easy in and out. I just don't like paying top $$ for a postage stamp room that has windows covered by plastic that is whipping around in the wind. Get it together guys and get your hotel up to Hilton standards.

Easy to find yet the location, while nearby the freeway, is far enough that you do not overly hear the noise. Rooms are comfortable with a large tv, nice bed and luxurious shower/bathroom. Breakfast has plenty of options. Evening cookies are great after long drive. Entire place is clean and staff are great! Highly recommend.

We stayed here em route to our destination. Conveniently located right off highway. Near outlet mall - although we did not go. ||The check in was quick and easy. Staff very kind and attentive. Staff decorated the lobby with holiday decorations that was really cheerful and fun. ||Our room was fine. Large. Everything was as needed. There is construction going on - but since we were not there during the day we did not hear anything. It’s nice to have a renovated hotel so when it’s done it will be really nice. ||Breakfast was really nice. ||Thank you staff for making our stay really nice.

The hotel is under construction and I stayed in a room that wasn’t renovated. It was clean and quiet. All I needed to get some good sleep and a place to come home to while I was in the area for work. Can’t wait to see what the hotel will look like once it the renovation is complete. Customer service is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Convenient location. We usually love Hampton Inns everywhere we have traveled. Breakfast was as expected, very good! Negative: They were in deep renovations. I wish we had known the parking lot would be full of containers.
