We walked in there the man lied to us said they had every fruit for our açaí bowl. They didn’t have strawberries, kiwi , we asked for pineapples and he said they barely have any . They asked us did we want it To Go and we said yes they said “ OKAY BC WE DONT GOT NO SPOONS “ . I had to do home and and my own damn fruit .

We showed up 15 min before closing time with a fairly large order- most places and staff would frown upon this but not here at Ding Tea. The staff was very friendly and patient, especially the lady who took our order. The tea was all delicious and high quality. Would recommend this spot to anyone in the area.

Tasted ok but the boba drinks are a little watery and bobas are smaller amount than what I’m used to. They charge .78 for adding bobas and .78 for large size. The regular size is too small imo.

Ordered their Milk Tea w/ Boba, very delicious! Also their Strawberry Milk Tea is amazing with Boba added. Customer service is awesome!

Ding tea has the best taro milk tea I’ve ever tasted. That’s why the food gets a 3 star because although it was pretty chalky, the flavor is still delicious. I usually go to the Ding Tea in Anaheim hills and the folks there are always so welcoming and kind. I went to the Ding Tea in Lakewood, Saturday, September 7th I went in 9:05 PM, they close at 9:30 PM. The young man was not happy to see me. He obviously wanted to close so bad. The staff was very unprofessional messing around. 9:15 the young man was already stacking chairs while a gentleman was waiting for his drink. A group of ladies left because the young man was already stacking chairs at 9:15. Big downgrade from the Ding Tea in Anaheim hills. Quite unfortunate. Oh, they also ran out of boba…

First time coming here. I got the Hokkaido Black Milk Tea and Vanilla Milk Tea with boba. Boy oh boy the boba is so fresh. Both drinks tasted good. Definitely coming back to try the other drinks.

Great menu, great customer service and very reasonable prices. I found them though Yelp and was Intrigued by their reviews. Decided to check them out and I was disappointed. Their tea and drink selection is great, reasonably priced with fast service. Parking is a bit convoluted because it’s proximity to Ross and their crazy shoppers who want to park right in front of Ross. I would recommend you park close to Wells Fargo and just walk a bit to avoid the competition for parking spaces. Besides that, great and trendy place.

Good service and drinks but tell those kids you let linger outside know to learn some manners; family or friends, it's terrible look on your store.
