What a surprise.
Driven by this place hundreds of times, but never could eat here since it was in the evening.
Today was that day and I must say it was quite good.
Their veggie omelette is big, nice generous portion, which I added corn and zucchini in addition. What was nice was the veggies were sautéed perfectly and not mushy. Perfection.
Ordered a side of grits, which is hard to find nowadays, was flavorful and not dry, just a tad bit runny.
They just need better forks. Good food needs good cutlery.
Also, if using a microwave, either cut the bell wire, or cover it up. Cheapens the brand.
Service was nice and friendly
A nice new addition to the breakfast rotation.
Mr owner: piece of advice, instead of checking the register when you walk in, try engaging your guests. 😉

This was a cute little cafe restaurant. I liked the little train that went around near the top of the roof from the inside. Very cozy and the staff was very accommodating and nice. They all were helpful and prompt and all my request. The food was delicious. I will have to return with my family the next time

A long hair was served with the french toast. 😳
Upon asking the waitress to remove the plate from our table, she did offer to have them remade, but I was already grossed out... I kindly declined her offer and asked if she could just remove it from our bill. She seemed bothered and just walked away with the french toast.
I had already started eating the machaca con huevos and tried to continue to eat that second bite, but I just couldn't. My friend was also grossed out, so we decided to decline the food served.
I let the waitress know she walked away saying "just leave it there.".... I was still talking, letting her know we could pay for the coffee. I didn't know if she heard me, if she was bringing me the bill or waiting for us to leave. We did wait a couple of minutes for the bill. I could hear her complaining to someone saying we didn't want the food.
As we were getting up to excuse ourselves, an older woman came to us with the bill for the 2 coffees.
No apologies, no shame, but very bothered.
Our order was
2 plates of machaca con huevo with beans
1 side order of house potatoes
1 order of French toast with whip and blueberries.

First time here ! Came on a Sunday and it wasn’t at all packed. The older gentleman with the red hat was so inviting. Told me and my wife to have a seat. The atmosphere has fall vibes. 🍁 very cute.

The food was very delicious! Ordered a country scramble with added cheese, a hungry man meal, and onion rings which we didn’t finish. You won’t be able to finish it the plates are so big! And the pancakes were so soft and plush 🫶🏽

The servers ALL came to help whenever they walked by. They were all super friendly. At the end the owner came by and said hi and welcomed us.

Overall it was a lovely experience.

This is our first time here. My brother recommended it. We were blown away with the excellent Food taste, Service and how quickly everything came out. Hubby and I both had breakfast and they did not disappoint. Portions are large, I took half of my food home. The restaurant was clean and their attention to detail was a pleasant surprise.

Food was good and we were seated almost immediately by the very kind and attentive host. Our server Mayra, however, sucked.. she was wearing pajamas and looked like she just woke up, especially since she said only a total of less than 10 words to us.. It took us forever to get our order placed, forever to get our food, and forever to pay and get the heck out of there. To top it off she never even said thank you once we paid..

After airport pickups, we were looking for a good breakfast spot nearby. This place hit the spot. These waffles were amazing! Perfect blend of crunchy and soft. Not too sweet. Can’t ask for a better waffle!
