This is my first time eating at Dave's. This particular location was great, the staff was friendly and we ordered very quickly. The only downside was the chicken was good but not as good as some other places I've tried. It was a great meal, but it could be a little better. Overall it's a 8/10 for me

I first visited Dave's Hot Chicken three years ago when I worked at Ontario Airport and quickly became a regular customer. Since then, I changed airport locations and was thrilled to hear they were building one outside Lakewood Mall. My wife had never tried it, so I took her there for lunch. I ordered Dave's #1 meal for her, which included two tenders with fries, a slice of bread, pickles, and Dave's sauce. I chose the Hot heat level for her and a regular drink. The total amount came to $19.64, including a $2 tip. It may seem a little pricey, but the tenders are a decent size, and the flavor is fantastic. The ambiance on a Monday afternoon was calm and relaxing, making it an excellent spot for lunch. The employees provided superb customer service, and my order was ready within 10 minutes. The restaurant also has a patio section if you wish to eat outside. My wife enjoyed her meal but thinks she will order it at a medium spice level next time. We will be back soon.

Dylan and Demonte L were gawtdamn legends! It was our first time and they made us feel like it was our 100th. Showed us what's good, and it was good indeed! 10/10 food 10/10 service

My daughter loved the chicken. I drive out of my way two times a week to pick up food for her. She always gets chicken tenders and sometimes fries.

Dylan helped us at the drive through, and he was very nice and helpful. The employees are always friendly and polite.

I’m not so crazy about your food. The macaroni and cheese is really bad. I’ll never order that again. It’s exactly like KFC. That’s not good. It would be great if it was baked in the morning and in the evening. It would store well. If you made it a little creamier when you baked it, it wouldn’t dry out. There are recipes for it. I won’t order from your restaurant anymore.

We’ll keep coming back a couple of times a week, and I don’t mind the drive because the employees are always very nice.

I’m supposed to be on a diet right now. 😐 Loosing weight isn’t hard it’s just old habits die hard 😒🫱🍔 but any way dave hot chicken sandwich is a typical normal sandwich 🥪 the chicken sacrificed to make my dinner might be pissed off at how average he taste. the tender was slightly moist, batter is chewy not hard while the buns are smaller in comparison to the tender with pickles 🥒 and thousand island sauce. Fries were seasoned well not too salty 7.8/10 imma be real it was 9:38pm and I DoorDashed this ain’t no way I’m driving or waiting in line for this. lol

This was my first experience and I will be back! My cashier, Amanda, was very helpful with placing my order and answering my questions as a first-time guest. She also checked on me during my meal, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was comfortable, casual with a variety of music playing lightly in the background. I thoroughly enjoyed myself!

Great food, great customer service. The only reason why I put 4 stars is because the drive thru line always block the exit of the parking I have seen people getting into fight and many cars honking at each other because they block the exit line with the drive thru line. I strongly believe management should simply fix that by putting “Keep Out” or “Keep Clear” on the pavement to void any issues with customers. Also good luck if you need to use the man’s restroom and someone is taking their sweet time since there is no stalls I mean again management could easily put one since there is 2 toilets.

I had a fantastic experience at your drive-through today. Dilan, who handled my payment, was not only efficient but also made the interaction enjoyable with his helpful and fun demeanor. The young woman who took my order was hilarious and we hit it off instantly—I consider her my new best friend! Although her name slips my mind, I’m sure Dilan can identify her. Keep up the excellent customer service, and remember to keep having fun!
