Rooms weren't totally soundproofed and the bed was too soft but that is a personal preference. Can't beat the location for it's proximity to the airport and the free shuttle was perfect. In room coffee machine was broken. Great shower products and awesome towels. Very clean

We stayed here after getting stranded an extra night in LA due to a flight cancellation; it was great being close to the airport and the staff were very friendly and efficient, quickly offering us a room and a discount for early check-in. They also let us keep our luggage in the lobby past check-out hours the next day for no extra cost! Room size was great and the facilities were clean.

The Middle Eastern women who is there Saturdays is very rude and disrespectful. She is the manager so talked to people as she pleases. When asked for corporate number which is the only person she said I could speak to she avoided giving me the number to speak to about her demeanor and other guests treatment from her, she tried them lowering the price. I paid on a Friday $115 for two beds and wanted to stay extra night with my family and she was giving a price of $140 “plus taxes”. All other staff has been very respectful when coming to visit except for her.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. Awful bed with the worst pillows I have ever experienced. Towels are small, thin and small. Bathroom was not clean and soap holder in tub rusty and disgusting. Traffic was loud and limited sleep. If you are desperate for a place by the airport and skip the shower in the morning this is doable barely.

We were diverted to Los Angeles and were stranded and had to get a last minute room. We ended up here because the prices were comparably cheaper from surrounding hotels (our first red flag). We weren’t looking for anything fancy - just a safe and clean place to rest before another long travel day the next day. We had to be buzzed in through bullet proof glass and entered into a lobby that smelled of stale carpet/old food. When we entered the room, it reeked of cheap cleaning products and we noticed stains all over the bedding & sheets. We left after 30 mins and weren’t offered a refund. We didn’t see bed bugs but wouldn’t be surprised if we found one on our luggage. Save your money, time & sanity and just go to the more expensive hotel for a much better stay.

The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. The neighborhood is not great. The bulletproof glass at reception maybe a little intimidating but the hotel is totally fine to spend a night at

This hotel is horrible, rusted shower, run down rooms and poorly upkeep. There are no Kleenex, coffee in the room and smells of mildew. Even for 1 night was not considered safe, bed squeak. I would not recommend or ever stay in a non franchise hotel again
