Lesson learned. Go to the earlier terminals at LAX if you want to get on a bus. Our baggage was at terminal 6/7 and two busses passed before one stopped and only had 5 seats open which wasn’t enough for everyone waiting there. We ran up to terminal 3 and finally got on one. The driver was kind and funny.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. First you have to buy the ticket, you get no refund. Every bus that came to us was "full" we had to wait for the next bus, that was full again. Every bus driver was rude! We waited 2 and a half hours that was longer than our flight. Save your time and spend the money on an uber. This really ruined the mood for our trip, and we missed an appointment we had to go to in LA. Never again, I wish I read the reviews before purchasing the tickets, because I am not the only one.

I am a frequent flyer and I ALWAYS travel with Flyaway. They have several stops on lower level terminals at LAX, they have two destinations VAN NUYS and Union Station from LAX and vice versa. They have big comfy buses, wi-fi doesn't always work. The bus was mislabeled as VAN NUYS bound from LAX but it actually went to Union Station, that was ok, as the driver went out of her way to make sure nobody got on the wrong bus. If you arrive at LAX and need to catch a bus/ train, this is your best bet. You may purchase your tickets through their app or an arrival at a kiosk by using your card. Cost was 9.75 USD on January 15th 2023.

Bus just passed Terminal 5 on the wrong lane. We tried to wave the driver so maybe we can still jump in. He waved back but ignored us and did not stop.
This was the first bus at 5:40 to union station, we might now miss our connecting bus.

Don’t wast your time on this. One of the worst public transportation in the LAX. I kept wait for an hour, and see 3 fulled buses pass by, and they seems not trying to fix the problem. In the end, we decided to walk to the T1 try to get into the bus. Guess what, empty bus pass by and not gonna stop!! After 1.5 hour waiting, I am still stuck in the airport. Not recommended.

THE WORST AGENCY EVER! DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET FROM THEM!
I never wrote a review on anything but I have to warn you about this one. I bought two tickets from here and ended up not going to the trip and canceling the tickets. So I called FLYAWAY to cancel the ticket and paid $350 cancellation fee for every ticket. They told me they gonna give me back the rest of my money till end of the week but they didn't. So I called them every week for almost 3 months and every time they said they are going to send me my money this week but they didn't. Also every time I called they put me on hold for an hour or hang up on me . I still didn't receive my money and I am going to take them to court for all the stress and trouble they caused me !!!
