It was a decent hotel, don't expect a luxury experience. The staff were great and accommodating! There were some structural issues that caught the eye, but I think they work hard to keep the hotel decent. The location is surrounded by automotive type business, so you don't get much of a view; however, there's a wide array of eateries/restaurants in close proximity. The room was a decent clean with stains on carpet and couch. I got a towel and wiped the suspicious stains off the couch, wondering why housekeeping didn't do the same. I like the sustainability concept of using the refillable bottles for lotion, shampoo, etc. On another note, the ice machines could use some attention.
Breakfast was decent enough; the link sausages were delicious and I like the egg patties which would be a good option for someone who is low carb. Overall, it was decent enough for our overnight stay, but I don't think the price equaled the overall value. At a better price point, I would probably stay again, like I said earlier, it's decent just don't expect too much.

Please do not stay here if you plan to arrive later after 3pm. We had plans to stay in this hotel for a large event taking place in the city. We are gold members of the chain and have stayed in plenty of these hotels across the country. We arrived late to our reservation but have never had issues with a reservation as long as we were there before a certain time. When we arrived, we were informed that our room had been canceled. Upon further investigation and calling corporate, it was stated that the room was canceled on that day "by the front desk clerk" citing issues with payment. ? However, there were no issues with payment as we used the exact same payment to get another hotel room on short notice.

In the past, I've never known a hotel to run a payment prior to arrival especially if there was a payment made WITH confirmation number (not a card holding the room).

We had a confirmation email and no other cancelation emails were sent (we checked all emails, junk folders, and spam folders). There were no phone calls provided, nor was there any correspondence.

We believe that the hotel needed the room and provided a bogus excuse for why our room was canceled. Please do NOT stay here if you plan to arrive late to the hotel.

Hotel average as expected. Nothing standout. Would pass on this hotel (mainly due to bed stains). Cheap but not even worth <$100/night. Room clean enough to get by -- minus a dead waterbug on the closet floor. Didn't see any live critters though. Bed comforter, duvet, and mattress cover had lots of visible brown/yellow and pink/red stains. The pillows within the pillow cases had red blood-like stains. Stripped the bed down to just the bed sheets and used some of my own. Strangely had large dirty footprints on the wall by the bed. And some of the white towels/washcloths had a vinegary-stale smell but were stainless. Stayed on the top floor which was relatively quiet for my 2-night weekend summer stay except you can hear any conversation in the hallway thru the door. Couldn't hear anyone in their rooms though. Employees cordial but don't check in with you during your stay and didn't ask how my stay went when I checked out. Located near many restaurants and right across from 24e Health Club (a large 2 story gym) where you can get a guest day pass if you don't want to workout in the hotel's closet-sized gym (that smelled stale). Complimentary breakfast options were decent.

Positive: The hotel was very clean. Smelled great everywhere. Beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet! Will definitely stay again! Negative: The entrance was hard to see. I passed it once. Parking lot was small. Nothing to deter me from staying again.

We stayed at this hotel last night and our stay had its ups and downs. The lobby had refreshing lemon water, which was a nice touch. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. However, we arrived very late after a long drive, only to find that the Choice Hotel's system was down, preventing any check-ins. This was frustrating, as we had to wait for a long amount of time with no solution in sight. Eventually, the owner showed up, and, even though the system was down, he assigned rooms to us and another family. They took our names and all our information so it could be sorted when the system was back up.

Our room were clean and well-organized. However, when we pulled out the sofa bed, it had a strong pee smell. We closed it back up immediately to get rid of the smell.

In the morning, the system was still not up, so it was good that the owner gave us rooms the previous night. Otherwise, we would have been left waiting forever.

Gave the room a 3 partly my own fault. I didn't realize I had chosen a handicap accessible room. But had neither a shower curtain or way to plug the tub. Had to walk through smokers at the front door.
The room itself was very comfortable and the hosts at the front desk and breakfast area were kind and helpful.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were big and clean. Beds were comfortable and the Bathroom was also clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Front desk had lots of candy, medicine, sodas and even ice cream and frozen meals. My only complaints are that the dryer doesn’t stay on for more than 2 minutes and doesn’t dry and the breakfast selection was not very good

My family stayed on 7/13/24. We were passing through on our way to Florida. We arrived around 9:30 PM and left by 9:00 am the next day. Our stay was not great. Please see photos attached. My bed had black marks presumably from shoes on an alleged clean and freshly made bed. There were also blades of grass present. There was also what appeared to be blood on the bedding and shower curtain. The blanket for the pull-out bed was not folded and in a ball in the closet. I went to the front desk at approximately 11:00 pm for bedding for the pull out. I was told there was no more bedding left. I asked what I was to do and the man at the front desk shrugged and laughed. I also told him about the condition of my room, and he replied, “What do you want me to do about it?”

We were very disappointed with the unacceptable condition of the room, the lack of customer service and overall rudeness from staff. I called twice to speak to a manager. I was told both times that Amit the manger is "never there" and that nobody is available. I have also emailed twice. Once with no reply and the second time with the following: " Apologies that you seemed to have a bad experience during your recent stay with us.
This is a hotel and our linens do get stained frequently, which is something that we try to take care of when we catch it, but can't catch them all right away. We are aware of your troubles and have taken your comments and put forth the effort to provide a better guest experience. We could have found a near-by hotel for you, if we were aware that you weren't going to be happy with your room. Thank you kindly, Comfor Suites"

Keep in mind I did let the front desk know I needed help and the condition of my room. He laughed and asked what I wanted him to do about it. Very poor customer service all the way around.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
