This company is Fraud scammers from India be careful! This is the second time they got me first time I had corona and I was trying to reschedule my flight which when I was buying my ticket on the agreement it said they would reschedule but when I call them they lied to me and said Turkish airlines doesn’t support this agreement but my got her ticket direct from Turkish airlines and they rescheduled with no fee. Today I called to reschedule one of our tickets and he gave me a price per person $2,600 just to reschedule I can buy two tickets for that amount it doesn’t even make sense! These people are very rude disrespectful and unprofessional I have been using them for 8 years and I travel all the time but Never again! Scam company from India be cafes stay away!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of booking two last-minute airline tickets for my relatives through Best Travel Store and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

In the hustle and bustle of making travel arrangements, I accidentally made a mistake with the dates. Panicking, I called their customer service, and that's when Jason stepped in and truly impressed me with his exceptional service.

Jason was not only incredibly patient but also went above and beyond to rectify my reservation promptly. He efficiently addressed my concerns, corrected the mistake, and ensured that my relatives' travel plans were back on track. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.

I cannot thank Jason enough for his outstanding assistance and for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and positive experience.

More than 50 emails later, there's no option to use credit from a cancelled flight. To book something else, they always ask for exorbitant sums in addition to our credit. In most cases, the additional cost is more than the cost of the same flight directly from the airline. By example:

Credit: $700
Flight directly from the airline: $250
Fareboom charge *after credit*: $800

That's clearly a scam. No thanks.

If I could get this company NEGATIVE 10 stars I would. This is a horrible horrible travel service. I purchased tickets on this airline back in the beginning of February when my sister passed away suddenly. I had to cancel the tickets in the refund window because I learned that the airline we had purchased on does not allow us to take her ashes as carry-on. They require us to check it in luggage. I did not feel comfortable doing that so I canceled the tickets during the refund window. It has now been more than nine weeks and I have not gotten one dollar back of my refund. Mind you these were tickets that were more than $8000. I have exchanged over 20 emails And phone calls with fair boom and they keep asking for documentation regarding her death and her birth certificate. I submitted all requested documentation and yet they keep coming up with new excuses of why they won’t give me my refund. This company are horrible thieves and I would caution you to be aware if you are using them for your travel needs. I myself will never use them for any of my travel needs or for my family. This has been a very horrible experience during a time of my life that has already been very stressful and financially straining. They have no ethics.

My order number O-2B994404 has been cancelled due to COVID in March (booked in December) and still no refund ...They keep promising that the airline will be contacted, etc. The airline has also been contacted by me who promised the refund given that I provided necessary documents. This is totally not right to steal from customers and keeping money for weeks. It is the end of July and you still owe me 2711 USD! I want my money back. I do not want any vouchers...please refund my money to the original form of payment as promised (and basically obliged by US DOT).

I referred my brother there to buy international tickets for his wife and son. My brother made a mistake in entering his son birthday wrong. So he emailed them to change the birthday, they request my brother to send another money because age of the toddler. He did send the request money to them. Now they emailed my brother that the flight he booked does not have seat, all is gone. Now they are ask for another money again which my brother told they he did not change date of travel on his own so he need his refund back. They refused to return the money . I am so disappointed that I referred my brother to this horrible scam website. Beware, it is strange 🤔 they only reply emails and they answer any phone calls.

I booked a family visit for me and my son in January (pre covid) to fly to switzerland end of july for 1600$. due to Covid swiss canceled the flight, I told fareboom that I wanted a full refund. First they told me to contact swiss for a refund for airfare which I did only to find out a few weeks later that swiss wont refund me, I contacted Fareboom and they wanted 100$ fee per ticket... I searched their website and could not find any such fee listed anywhere. by law they have to display fees and can't just change them if they feel like it. Im now working with my credit card company as Fareboom or swiss is not helping.

I wish I saw these reviews for this agency before I booked through them. If you see this review before you book.. STAY AWAY FROM THEM avoid them at all cost. These people do not care if your flight is canceled.. these people will not help you and these people are thieves and will not refund your money. This agency should be shut down and now be allowed to operate for any travel plans. They are terrible at every aspect. CS is the worst ever. I don’t even know how they are in business.
