This location defies the image of Red Roof Inn in a good way. It's all renovated rooms so everything seems new. There is no wear and tear on the furniture or floor. The WiFi speeds were good. The mattress was firm and the A/C worked great. The toilet and shower were not grimey and gross. It was pretty quiet at night. The only real downside is the parking can get crowded so you might not get a parking spot right in front of your room. The front desk clerks were very friendly and professional. There is also a cool grotto behind the hotel and it gives the place a very cozy nature feel.

Gabrielle and her staff are very nice, they make sure your stay is a pleasant experience. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Overall an excellent experience every time we stay.

bst redroof i have ever stayed at! the room is upgraded and clean + smells good. the road in front of the hotel can be crazy during rush hour so just avoid certain times.

cons : we are night owl and tend to woke up late. they dont have extra supplies, so we cant ask for fresh towel if its not the cleaning time. we both have a backpain issue but we cant ask for extra pillow either

First stay back in May staff was hostle .second time (why did I do that) totally horrific I get there took 3hrs. My reservation was made days ahead. I was emailed $170 for two nights. Get there I'm charged $300 for my stay. They over charged me. Don't do it. Scammers. I will never ever rent from RED ROOF AGAIN HORRIBLE.

We came here from Georgia to get out of the impacts from hurricane Helene. Originally planned to stay for 2 nights but had to cut it short due to car issue. Jackie at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Her professionalism shines through when 8 people came at the same time to the front desk. She worked through the line like a champ. She even helped get our second night fully refunded after we cancelled last minute. Thank YOU, Jackie.

Probably the nicest Red Roof I ever stayed at. The room was renovated which means everything was brand new or at least looked that way. Nothing look worn out or broken. They keep it clean outside as well. Seemed pretty quiet at night. The desk clerks were friendly. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

We stop at a Red Roof in on our drive to Ohio and we love it. This place proves that while this hotel is the same brand, they are not the same level of service. This hotel was dirty: stains on sheets, sticky hotel room floor, dirt and spots pretty much everywhere. This hotel was crazy loud - people sitting outside their rooms all hours of the night playing music, smoking weed, talking loudly. They have no breakfast or food whatsoever, which was a shock to us because of the price we paid. We thought this was standard across all Red Roof Inns. Our keycard also barely worked, the tv remote barely worked and there is only one tiny trash can in the whole room. We won't ever be back.

Check in was great. No issues with the room. Parking was a bit of a pain since there were some spots blocked off. Housekeeping needs to wait until til people leave before trying to come in. Other than that, pretty nice stay
