Shannon has been wonderful from start to finish. I've known Shannon for several years now from work, but I decided this year that I would finally reach out to her and see if she could help me with planning for my trip to Bhutan!! Not only did Shannon find an amazing tour for me, but she helped me every step of the process from getting airline tickets, reminding me about my visa submissions, and making sure everything was ready to go before I left. My 89 year old Mother-in-law decided we needed to see Hawaii! She had never been & neither had we- myself, my husband & 2 teen kids. Not only did my MIL want to go to Hawaii, but she wanted to embark on a 2 week, 3 island trip! Frankly, we were a little nervous, but my mother in law is quite healthy, vibrant & determined, so I called Shannon at Dream Vacations!

She was so patient and truly invested in helping us plan the perfect trip! We told her everything we wanted to do and see & she made great recommendations as well, based on our needs and interests! She also recognized some of the limitations of my mother in law, but respected her desire to do and see as much as she could, so took that into consideration in our planning.

The other thing Shannon offered was pricing options. Did we need to stay in a beachfront, ocean view hotel on every island, or did we want to go less extravagant and save some money to put toward something else? We SO appreciated having that range of pricing options!

Shannon also helped us plan each day, making suggestions so we didn't over do it and dispersed our activities accordingly. She took care of everything from our flights & hotels to our car rentals and planned activities, leaving us plenty of time to relax too & take in the beauty of Hawaii, as well as to explore on our own.

Shannon also kept us in the loop with everyday messages about the next activity coming up & our time schedule, which made us feel like we barely needed to keep track of anything! What a relief!

Lastly, Shannon is warm, kind & truly caring. She's incredibly likeable and goes above and beyond her her clients. We SOOO recommend her!

We're already thinking about our next vacation and without a doubt, we'll be calling Shannon & Dream Vacations!

Shannon is truly remarkable. We have booked a few vacations with Shannon (Las Vegas and Alaska) however my bucket list trip to South Dakota in September (Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Badlands, etc.) was just amazing. Her attention to detail and communication skills are near perfection. Easy to work with, fun to talk to, she will find out all the best things to do in any destination. I'd give her 6 stars if I could.

Shannon has been great to work with on our vacations! We have booked a honeymoon in Asia and a European vacation through her. She provides many options when we are searching for flights, hotels, & excursions and stays within our budget (when we provide it). She can score some great deals in flights for us which saved us for our honeymoon and also adapt very quickly. We had a last minute request to change our seats on a flight from Asia to the US and she fixed it for us and quoted us very quickly. She is easy to get a hold of and helps hype us up for our trips!
