It wasn’t extravagant but the room was nice, nice shower and comfortable bed. Room prices were reasonable, not a bargain and the hotel/casino for the most part was kept clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We love the buffet here and it was conveniently close to the area things we enjoy. It’s connected to the convention center which would be a great option as well. Parking was nice.

As always, I had a wonderful time visiting the property. Eden Moore is an amazing host and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smooth. You are lucky to have such a great employee. The restaurants continue to impress with their great service. The high limit slot area employees are the best. Always make sure you are comfortable and very fast to pay jackpots.

This property is the home away from home. The customer service here is superb. From my Host Eden Moore that handles everything for me. And Robyn in Vip is great. And the pit area the team customer service is truly amazing Mirko, Rebecca, Alfonso and Chad in the Pit Crew team is amazing. Love this property and the restaurants is so good number one in Reno.

There's semi-truck parking here in the very back of the parking lot. Beautiful casino and hotel. We enjoy staying here when we layover. There's an awesome buffet but very pricey. We try to get the highest available floor so it will be quieter and better view. We had breakfast in the Purple Parrot restaurant and our bacon tasted like fish but the waitress quickly got us ham instead and a discount for the meal.

Atantis Casino is the best hotel casino I have ever been to. the rooms are beautifully decorated and all the staff are so friendly. I have stayed and eaten and spa ed there many many times. My favorite staff person is Eden Moore who always goes beyond her duties of her employment to make sure I feel welcomed and my stays are always perfected. when I go I dont want to leave.

We went for a specific reason and it wasn't the normal reason people travel to Reno. So it was very personal and I just needed a mental break! We checked in Early with Terri at the front desk and she was beyond LOVELY!!!! We enjoyed the casino for a short time which is not something I usually do, and then we enjoyed the hot tub outside! The only complaint I had was perhaps a warning on the website in advance that you will be walking through the casino in your bathing suite.. other than that... amazing stay! Very kind folks (except the gift shop ladies- they were very rude! Think... Pretty Woman moment while shopping!) Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay. Clean, mostly quiet and felt safe! 🙂

I like this hotel we were eating food and purple parrot and my brother ordered eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon, but the bacon was overcooked. It was OK though because I got my grilled cheese and fries and it was the bacon was old and I can’t believe you guys served a 12 year old kid some old bacon like that is just unacceptable. I’ve been here since 2013. I’ve been here. I’ve been here since 2013 and it taste better than that so please try harder and please make everything good.

My wife and I had a tremendous stay. Check in was fast and easy with very nice staff. Actually all personal were great throughout the casino. The buffet was excellent. We dined at 3 restaurants there, all excellent! Nice rooms. Good housekeeping.
