I recently had the pleasure of staying at Beach Colony Resort and I must say, it was a wonderful beach getaway. The highlight of my stay was the spacious three-bedroom condo that exuded the perfect beach vibes. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a sense of relaxation and tranquility.

One of the best features of the resort was the easily accessible pools. Whether you wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply lounge by the poolside, the pools were conveniently located and provided a great way to cool off from the sun.

The access to the beach was also excellent. The resort was situated right on the beachfront, allowing for easy and convenient access to the sandy shores. The breathtaking views of the ocean and the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore created the perfect backdrop for a beach vacation.

The staff at Beach Colony Resort were friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. They went above and beyond to ensure that guests had a pleasant and memorable stay.

The room itself was well-maintained and cleaned to perfection. It was stocked with plenty of amenities, making my stay comfortable and convenient. I had everything I needed right at my fingertips. The view of the Gulf was spectacular from the room.

The only downside to my stay was the elevators. With just two small elevators and one of them being down, it did take some time to get up and down the floors. This inconvenience was a minor setback, but it was manageable.

Overall, I would highly recommend Beach Colony Resort for a beach vacation. The spacious three-bedroom condo, the easily accessible pools, excellent beach access, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and well-equipped rooms make it a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait with the elevators.

View of the ocean was gorgeous! The condo was nice. Needs updating. Old school $20 coffee maker and NON-smart-tv's need updating. Good thing we packed our Firestick & coffee filters! Everything else was on point except the elevators which I'll hit at the end because that's not the owner's deal. At a minimum, I'd update the living room TV to smart so folks can load their streaming services. It's 2024. In a condo as exquisite with the price we paid, a dual function coffee maker like a Ninja or including a K-cup maker would be be up with the 2024 times. Everything else was on point! The instructions for the elevator were accurate. I just want everyone to know the elevators are temperamental. The elevator instructions are on point. BUT if you input too slow, they don't work; too fast, they don't work either. You gotta be just right, so keep trying. It is no fun traversing up the stairs. Down is not so bad. Oh, and Mon-Thurs the wrist bands don't seem to matter, but Friday & the weekend don't go to the beach without em! Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in unit 10-B. The balcony is the Belle of the Ball with its "high boy" table, chairs, and lounging accommodations which play well for this unit's location which offers long views of the beach and of the nearby bay. Durable furnishings of leather and hard surfaces. All of the rooms were clean and this pet free rental showed no signs of animals. The kitchen is typical of this type of rental, but completely adequate as we prepared every meal there. Beach access is easy and there are three pools on the property, one being indoor.

Check in/out were low impact and the property management communicates the processes very well.

Excellent experience overall. Three opportunities for improvement; retile the showers, while clean, the grout is showing signs of unsightly mildew, replace the mattress in the master, it's showing its age, and update the TV in the living room, the basic cable was just a few channels. An App TV would improve the guest experience without adding expensive cable programming for the property owner.

The condo was very comfortable and quiet. Some of the light switches were ghostly. The sliding door on one of the bedrooms wouldn’t open. The beach was very nice. The grounds were very clean. There was plenty of parking. One elevator wasn’t working. Sometimes we had to put the code in numerous times to get one of the elevators to work. We met an Amazon delivery driver frustrated because the elevators are coded and he didn’t have access to the door where he needed to deliver and we couldn’t help because our code wasn’t for the floor he needed. The hot tub was out of order (we stayed for two weeks in November-December) until the last night and we were thrilled until my skin had a chemical reaction which I’ve never ever had before in a pool or hot tub. There wasn’t much to do in the walking vicinity. The national park’s (right down the street) road and trails were closed once we paid and were in the park. Not many shops or restaurants (within walking distance) open in the off-season… lots to see and do via day excursions (.5-2 hour drive). We saw some fabulous sunsets, fish jumping, and birds flying and diving! We would still stay here again knowing the context but plan accordingly! Excellent beach, as well as quiet and clean place are the best sellers…

Second year visited in October. Much busier yet still fairly quiet for a beach resort area. Still beautiful. Still clean. The one thing that struck a cord was the young man managing the chairs. He called me out because the previous morning I must have left sand on the chair. I understand telling patrons to ensure no sand is left but it could possibly be taken care of differently… Feeling shamed isn’t the best way to start a morning.

Beautiful place, beautiful condo! The only negative was the hot tub wasn't working while we were there which is key when the weather is colder so we didn't get to enjoy the water in the colder months. But everything else was superb! The view was spectacular!

This is a wonderful condo. We were in the older West Tower, and the views were amazing. The layout of our condo and the amenities (pool, indoor pool, accessibility to the beach) was perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. There is not a lot to do directly around the condo, but Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are very close.

This place was so fun! We stayed here for a week and they entire place is SO amazing! I definitely recommend this place. The reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I didn't like the indoor pool, it smelled bad and was too hot. But other than that this place is very awesome!

Beautiful location, clean beach, amazing view. 2 parking passes comes with the reservation; however, I was given one and it took til the next day to get the 2nd one as we had 2 cars. Dryer filter full of lint and wouldn't dry clothes even after cleaning it out. So we hung them up outside. Only given one trash bag. Suggest they give at least two as the small trash can filled up quickly. Other than that we recommend and will stay again.
