Positive: Location Negative: Room 106 Curtain rods hanging, chain lock on the door was hanging by a screw, cloth chair filthy, refrigerator cabinet was too small and it took some effort to open and close the refrigerator. Bathroom vent didn't work, the shower rod was over the toilet.

When we got in the motel we opened the microwave and it smelled like spoiled milk it was disgusting not clean. Their was only one towel and it looked like it had been their because it was turning yellow. Their was roaches crawling on the walls and floor. Their were 2 dead roaches on the wall in the bathroom. The sheets on the bed had brown spots all over them so I slept with my own blacket I brought. We had to dump our own trash at the garbage outside. Everyday I had to go to front desk and get small and big towels and also bring the towels that we used to the front desk. Room service is only once a week. Wifi service was horrible. I do not recommend if you are a clean person and you want a comfortable luxury stay with great service. We left and went to a better motel?

When I travel I have simple need but this place really tested it. I gave it 1 star and that was generous. The main light in the entry room did not work. The light over the sink did not work. TV reception was spotty at best. The toilet barely flushed. Only 1 towel in the place and it was the size of a kitchen hand towel. For the $70 price you're better off sleeping in your car.

Terrible experience. Picture of this hotel does not match reality! I came there with my son to stay one night in trip to Pensacola. They had only one chair inside to sit, however manager gave as second chair. No microwave oven as advertized. LIght was not working. No free breakfast as well. Floor was damage with excuse of remodeling. Most important aircondition unit was old and weak so it was hard to properly sleep. Terrible experience. I recommend to forget and avoid this hotel. For $67 we could not even sleep properly. Bathroom and shower was clean - only one positive event.

The place is absolutely horrible the dresser was broken through drawer, the place smelled like a bar room , cost 35.00 in taxes , toilet seat broken bathroom looked horrible , one towel. I don't recommend this to anyone looking for a decent place to stay . Fridge is leaning back not even cold.

My husband and daughter stayed at your hotel recently. He has raved about his stay. He said the room was very clean, smelled nice, and room comfortable. But his biggest complement was about your staff, they could not have been any friendlier and helpful, especially the manager.

I came here for work and stayed a week. Honestly for the price point you seriously cannot beat it. My room was clean and sanitary. It was pretty quiet, and the Lady at the front was wonderful. It seems she does almost if not everything! But she still seems to take the time to address everyone's needs. Thank you for a pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

We checked in at noon on a Friday. The lady at the counter was super friendly. We got a king room, exactly like we had reserved. I had also requested a 1st floor room on my reservation and they responded a day later that my request was granted. This was the first time ANY hotel/motel had responded to my request with a follow-up email. The room was very nice, the bed oh so comfortable. Big screen TV. Nicely remodeled room. Breakfast in the morning was a little sparse, but it was OK. The price was fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend the America's Best Value Inn in Monroeville.
