Best Hotel Los Angeles|I’ve been to the Amans, Ritz, Pennisulas and Four Seaons, I belong to all of the programs that matter. Hands down the London is the best hotel in LA. If impeccable service still matters The London hasn’t cheapened the brand and cut corners (due to pandemic cuts) like so many have. Enjoy 24 hour room service and gym. Enjoy a large bubble bath in an oversized bathroom as all rooms are suite size. Order the best chopped salad and sticky toffee pudding.

My stay at this hotel was simply wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and always willing to help with a smile.

The facilities are impeccable, with comfortable, clean and well-equipped rooms. In addition, the common areas are cozy and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and with a wide variety of options.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with first-class service. I will definitely be back on my next visit!

The rooms are amazing! The staff is by far the kindest and most attentive I have ever experienced. The hotel is stellar! Beds are soft and more comfortable than my own at home. The place is squeaky clean and exudes elegance and high end quality. HOWEVER, the pool was cold and not available even in the evening hours, no service or staff working there. THE FOOD was absolutely a turn off and we ended up cancelling our future reservations due to the food not being up to standards. Both the room service dining and the continental breakfast options were sub par and not even worthy of trying. The dinner menu had high hopes and the sea bass was the best I have had but that was the only item on the menu that was good. We even had our appetizer returned and suffered through two dinners of food we did not like whatsoever.

I always enjoy my stays at THE LONDON. The staff is polite and efficient The lighting at the hotel is warm and makes everyone look and feel good. The food is excellent and the location is great for Beverly Hills and Hollywood shopping and sight-seeing. The room layout makes so much sense; great sleeping space with a sofa and plenty of closet and dressing space. The bathrooms are the best around. Robes, Slippers, well-stocked minibar- all the essentials!

My family and I have stayed here well over a dozen times over the last decade… probably twice that. What keeps us coming back was initially the location… the staff is now a big reason we keep choosing this hotel. Whether it’s just me and my husband coming for business or with our kiddos as well, this hotel always feels like coming home. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.

Great Staff, Spacious Rooms, But Some Room Layout Issues||Overall, we had a pleasant stay at The London. The location is good, though not as walkable to some parts of West Hollywood as I had hoped. That said, the hotel staff truly made our stay enjoyable. Every team member was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which made a big difference.||The rooms are generously sized, but we found the layout to be a bit impractical. While the bed is large and comfortable, the massive headboard is positioned awkwardly against the closet and bedroom doors, leaving very limited space to move around, which felt cramped in an otherwise spacious 700+ square foot room.||Additionally, we had been promised a panoramic view from an upper-floor room and paid extra for it, but the view turned out to be more of a limited 90-degree angle, overlooking some unremarkable hills and streets. It wasn't exactly the breathtaking vista we had envisioned.||The bathroom setup was another small downside – the vanity, with only one sink, felt a bit inadequate for such a spacious room, making it tricky for two people to get ready at once.||That being said, the staff's warmth and the generous European-style breakfast offered each morning were highlights that definitely helped balance out the less-than-ideal aspects of our room. All in all, we had a nice stay, though some improvements to the room's functionality would make it a truly exceptional experience.

The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous. The bed was extremely comfortable. The place was clean and perfect for our stay. The included breakfast was a nice presentation but left something to be desired. While the valet staff was wonderful, it is overpriced especially because there is a public parking lot right next to it.

We didn’t have a 5* experience here unfortunately (service wise).

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and as the receptionist didn’t tell me when it was available like she said, I ended up waiting around until 1.5 hours after the room was supposed to be ready.

After finalising the bill they later took an additional $15 from our card for drinks from the mini bar which we did not have. When I messaged the hotel to ask for it to be removed they ignored me multiple times until I also mentioned the fact I suspected it was the cleaner who had taken the drinks, given a separate incident we had where she took something I had left in the room.

The extra charges are also crazy even for the US - we ordered some food for $20 and the total ended up being $40 after the delivery fee (to room), gratuity, and a random extra $4 fee which the receptionist wasn’t even able to explain.

Upsides are the location, the breakfast, and the rooftop pool is amazing.
