The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the location is convenient—especially if you’re staying there for a basketball game. However, the customer service isn’t great. The staff isn’t very friendly or helpful.

I had some leftover food that I wanted to heat up, so I went to the front desk to ask for a microwave. I was told, “We don’t have one. We can’t heat your food up. Walk to 7-Eleven; they’ll heat it up.” It took me 15 minutes to walk there, only to be told they don’t have public microwaves.

I couldn’t believe that a hotel charging almost $300 per night didn’t have a single microwave available. They didn’t even offer to heat it up in their break-room microwave. It felt like they just wanted guests to spend money at their overpriced restaurant, which was really disappointing.

Went for Forever Midnight, at the Convention Center, valet parking may be expensive, but to be able to walk to the venue and back, without traffic, the fear of being pulled over, definitely worth it. Had someone leave early from the event, her card wasn’t working to get in the room, they were able to call me and ask me if they could give her a card. Really good customer service up front. Beds were comfortable, shower water was hot enough, ice machine was convenient, checkout was quick, just dropped off the cards. The cleaning ladies were really nice. Overall, will definitely be staying here again if another event is close by.

Perfect location for business at the Convention Center/Staples Ctr., right in the heart of food as well. The hotel is very clean but what made it a super easy stay was the staff starting with Cesar the Valet attendant, just a sweetheart and super friendly, a perfect way to start a stay, to the front desk (just make sure you get the breakfast voucher if you ordered online with your room), to the guys at the bar/restaurant. While it was only a night stay, I'd definitely stay here again as the price was the best!

When we arrived the check in was swift and they upgraded our room as its was our anniversary and a birthday celebrations. We were located on one of the top floors, the room was large and very clean / smart etc. The location worked well for us as across the road is the Lakers Stadium and some decent bars to enjoy. We also travelled to Santa Monica Pier by Metro which was really cheap and well worth doing from a stop called Pico.

My employer reserved a room for me. I did NOT like the rooms at all. They smelled old, was not clean to my standards. When I entered my first room it had a backup in the sink, toilet had no water in it. My second room was not as clean as the first room. The bed sheet had stains. Ugh. The mattresses are soft when you sit it sinks in. Ugh. Hallways and rooms smelled old. I could hear all conversations in the next rooms, I was woken up each morning by the next room alarm. The ONLY thing I can say what I liked that it’s across the street from the Crypto Arena and the restaurant Fixins.

I overall had a great stay here for the weekend. Very great location, easy quick walk to several restaurants and the crypto arena. Hotel is very clean and easy check in. The only complaint I have is the loud music blasting till 2am on Saturday nights. I was not informed that our room was on the “parking lot” side where a bar is located so we were kept up till 2am because of the loud music and heavy base when we had to be up early the next morning for our flight home. A warning would have been nice so maybe we could’ve requested a room farther away.

My sister had items stolen out of her car while in valet. I had items in my center console thrown around the front seat. I do not keep items of value in my car / center console. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I really loved it. It was always a great experience until this. My sister filed a report but I think we know that will go nowhere. I suggest looking at your security cameras and letting us know who did this. When valet is $60-100 a night per car ,, this is just a little extra special treat. Are cars not locked while in valet ? is valet looking for stuff in cars ?

Came to LA for a band playing at the crypto arena. Used vio.com because it had the cheapest price. The prices were absolutely ridiculous otherwise. This hotel was kitty corner from the arena. Perfect location. My room was on the backside on the 9th floor. Because of the comments here I made sure to ask not to be on Figueroa street and asked to be high up so I couldn't hear street noise and I told them I did not want to be next to the elevator. Absolutely perfect. Slept like a baby. The ac/heater is not operational on the unit itself but is operational on the wall. I put the fan on with the heat instead of putting the fan on auto. That helped drown out the tiny little noise I heard on Sat night. I had a deluxe king room and had a refrigerator.||We ate at the restaurant on Friday and Saturday mornings. It was convenient, decent priced, as well as good tasting. I used the valet service regularly paying them 5 bucks on the tip and they did a great job. Place was clean. I don't like people in my room so I used the sign to not disturb and just left the maid service a 20 as a tip at the end. Tip your servants! I am not rich but am appreciative of good service.||I would stay here again.
