Highly recommend Specialized Aviation in the Watsonville airport. The staff and our pilot Jacob were incredibly friendly and made the tour such an unforgettable experience. We flew in a Robinson R44 helicopter and got spectacular views of the ocean, beaches, Moss Landing, Monterey, Point Lobos, and we even got whale sightings — which made this whole tour even more magical. Would definitely love to fly with Specialized Aviation again!

This was such an amazing experience all-around! I bought a helicopter flight as a gift for my husband. It was very easy to schedule, communication was great, and they made us feel welcome. The instructor, Jacob, was really professional not only in terms of flying the helicopter, but he explained everything perfectly. He also looked like he enjoys his job very much, which made it an even better experience. The office assistant was very nice and took care of me while my husband was flying. My husband was extatic and couldn't stop talking about his flight for hours that day 🙂

My wife and I did a helicopter ride, left from Watsonville and flew down to big sur. It was a fantastic trip. The takeoff location was easy to find, and staff were very helpful and friendly. The pilot was very friendly and professional, and had a lot of interesting knowledge to share about the areas we flew over. The aircraft felt very safe, and we got some great views of the coast and mountains. I would definitely book with them again.

Enjoyed the monterey helicopter flight to winery. It was great! The pilot had a wealth of knowledge of the land, the area, framing, irrigation, whales, and more! He flew the helicopter with skill and it was very smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Took the upset recovery with ken Wieland, simply the most fun and the most educational flight I have EVER taken!! I love all my past CFI's but coming back with the confidence and frankly the thrill of this experience was AMAZING

I have had great experiences at this school, both Watsonville and Hayward locations. The scheduling and billing processes are very accommodating to my needs. The instructors are kind and supportive. Special shoutouts to Jacob, Stephanie, and Aditya. They are patient and knowledgeable, and they challenge me to get better. Thanks also to Aditya for making the SF Bay tour an unforgettable experience for my family!
