Lazy ,greedy. Owners . Mold spores in at least two of the rooms we rented . See pics, filters never changed , they admit they use bleach to combat the mold but bleach does not kill or destroy it .they were to greedy to pay a 100 dollar mold removal fee . Now the state will inspect again and shut them down until they are in compliance . Dont waste your money here also mold gets you sick .lastly ,India monkey lady in glass didnt speak HIGH CASTE Hindi ( Aryan) ..she was a lower caste since she didn't comprehend federal service dog laws at first .

The owners still think using bleach will kill mold ! See photos , black mold spread to nearly every room in the building . We thought they cleaned up there act but being the typical greedy , lazy owners , they still haven't eliminated the mold ! Don't waste your money getting sick as this mold is toxic ☣️

Room was dirty. I expected that. The room was cheap and you get what you pay for. I wasn't upset.

However, I was asked to put down a twenty dollar deposit and was told not to smoke in the rooms. I thought that I was being respectful by smoking outside at least 60 feet from my room. When I checked out I was told that I had carried the smell back into the room and that they would be keeping my deposit. Do with that what you will. *I* however feel like they were being dishonest and I feel like I was cheated. I would not stay here again.

Got room here for my dad and his wife to stay a few days to be close to her son who lives in Long Beach. Nice room with comfortable bed and good amenities in room. |Dad had to put up a cash deposit for incidentals since I paid for room with card on Expedia already. They had to leave early for flight and forgot to get deposit back. The manager/ owner called me and let me know and sent refund back to me by Venmo to return it to my dad. Don’t see that type of honesty near as much as we should. Would highly recommend stay at this hotel for anyone in the area.

Bedbugs! Had to leave at 1:30 am due to many bites unable to sleep. Staff unapologetic and didn’t bother to help, change room, or refund for the night.

The rooms are a bit outdated and they are roach n bug free n clear. The rooms are just about as clean as one could get based on how old everything is some aged grime just don't wash off. I don't like how the daily rate changes based on whoever's working the window. The staff is polite but the cultural barrier makes some simple times very awkward and frustrating. Nice place deff. For the area price wise and quite.

WASTE OF MONEY! We paid $135 for a room thinking that the area & the pictures justified the price. Room was bare minimum, thin sheets & one blanket. Brown stains on the headboard, faucet didn’t run water very well, and tv didn’t initially work. We got the lady to come help us but she kept leaving the door open at night with our baby in the room. No extra towels or soap and they didn’t do room service & make up the beds. BUYER BEWARE!

The staff was so kind and helped us with every little thing. The rooms were clean, the parking lot felt safe, and checkout/check in was super easy.

Honestly, my wife and I had a great time in LA and finding this place made it much better.
