Had takeout from this place. Food was good, but what irked me was my chopsticks were growing mold within. Black spots within the sticks.

Luckily they had a fork to use.

Came here with a pretty good sized group & they were busy but handled everyone the best they could. It was really hot in the restaurant, it may have been we were sitting like 15 ft away from the window in early evening in early August. Sushi was phenomenal and yummy and presented well! The chicken rice bowl was average. Great employees !

Prices are good. Size is great. Flavor is amazing. Should I keep going? Only complaint is the calamari was too chewy, and the pork dumpling looking things were dry and flavorless

My first experience ever was less than desirable. The staff was very unprofessional and rude and my 50.00 order was late. The rolls were falling apart and they looked like they were thrown together in a hurry. The eel sauce they put in my bag spilled all.over everything because the lids weren't on properly. I'm an optimist and I've worked in the food industry so I thought what the heck, maybe they had an off day. NOPE! My second experience was even worse. The staff was rude when I called in and even went as far as to incorrectly say my name and then laughed with attitude when she told her "manager" that Cassandraaaaaa wants to speak with you. He then said hey sup....my food was once again sloppy and when I commented on it the girl at the counter said "well it happens". I will not be going to this place a third time. Sorry not sorry.

I had a very decent lunch. Wasn't to hungry so didn't order more then I think I couldn't finish. The tempura shrimp roll was pretty good as was the miso soup and gyoza. I look forward to coming by again and trying the chicken katsu when I'm more hungry

When I placed my order I was optimistic about what sushi rolls I'd get and unfortunately it wasn't the best wasn't wasn't worst but could definitely be better. Besides the missing rolls we never got, the rolls that were nothing like there description, and the long hair my husband pulled outta his rice bowl and the price tag of $60 bucks.. and the employees that were more preoccupied wot flirting wit the local thots then to get the customers what the ordered.. next time I'll just drive the 2 an a half to Turlock and get sushi from a sushi master that's been in business for over 2 decades.. sorry not sorry..

Food is good, however it is disgustingly hot inside the restaurant. It's 103 outside and it's somehow feel better outside than inside the local. The place was empty and we waited about 30 minutes for our food. But the main issue is how uncomfortably hot it is inside. We had to leave and eat in our car because we were sweating just waiting for our food.
I had asked an employee on another occasion (about a month ago) why it was so hot and their response was that the ac just doesn't work properly in the heat. Which is probably not the case since Boba island, their 2nd location, is just as hot. I think the owners are cheap and don't want to keep the a/c cool enough for it to be comfortable, but I mean it's a restaurant where people get off hoping to eat comfortably.
While the food is decent, we won't be returning because of how freakin hot it is inside. No wonder it's always empty when its hot out.
