I have stayed several times at this hotel and it seems to be getting better every time I go. The hotel itself is in a quiet neighborhood of Bevery Hills walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We had booked our room through Amex, unfortunately we were not upgraded however we had a quiet room in the back of the building.|The room was decorated in its usual trademark Beverly hills colors and prints. The furniture was traditional but all the modern amenities were present. The bathroom had a shower and a tub as well as a single sink and an enclosed toilet area ( which I really like). The welcome fruit, the monogramed pillow cases, the friendly housekeeper that replenished daily with things she noticed we needed were all extremely nice gestures that made you fell welcome. Highlights of the room was the Very Comfortable bed and the Water pressure in the shower, which was excellent. I also appreciated the little foot rest in the shower for shaving my legs. |Overall we had a great stay, of course there were little incidents which I alerted management and they were taken care of immediately.|The grounds are well kept, upstairs rooftop is nice but small.|Bar area is very crowded and you do not have privacy, specially if you are allergic to pets and people sit with their pets near you. |Breakfast area is beautiful, menu is decent with lots of healthy items, and they have many gluten free options. |Shout out to Edouardo and Narciso for the extra care they gave us and remembering me and bringing me my gluten free toast without even asking for it. |The lobby area was always packed with guests coming in and out. Security was heavy by the door area, I'm not sure if there was someone that needed it, but I never saw anything. The hotel offered tea everyday , while I did not experience it, it seemed like something people truly enjoyed, maybe I will try it next time.|Overall it was a great stay and I will definitely stay there again. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval.

We had a great a stay at the peninsula - the highlight was the ghost Rolls Royce To drive you within the BH area and our drivers Nick, axle and max were so wonderful and accommodating. We also had a great experience with Lyle and Jose at breakfast- the chocolate charcoal bowl was so creamy snd delicious and their house made smoke salmon flatbread was excellent. We loved the personal touch initials on the pillowcases. Fish tacos and burger on rooftop very good quality too. Only recommendation is to renovate the carpet in hallways - but the room carpet was new. Great service overall, we will be back!

The high tea service at the Peninsula’s Living Room is the best in town. We continue to go back and the quality and service are always at the highest level. Edwin, our server, was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about all the offerings. The tea sandwiches and sweets were out of this world. The Holiday decorations also made it a very special experience. I highly recommend it!

This hotel has next level luxury and thoughtfulness. Every team member there is so focused and aware of doing every little thing right to make you feel happy and comfortable. They do little things that are so cool, for example if you ask a team member where something is, they will literally walk you to wherever you wanted to go. It doesn’t matter if they are busy, they will stop what they are doing and help you. The other thing that blew me away is that my son is 3 months old and having his first ever hotel stay. I told the front desk that this was a special experience for my family being the first time my son has stayed in a hotel. The front desk team member, Marcelo, asked me for my sons name and how to spell it, he ended up having a gift sent to our room with a little stuffed animal with my sons name embroidered on the gift. I have never seen something like that, I am so impressed with this hotel. I am so thankful and grateful to stay here.

The PBH is the epitome of elegance, opulence and refinement. It sets the standard for hospitality in all respects. I have never experienced a hotel where every single employee that I interacted with was pleasant, hard-working and loved their job. The GM has certainly created a culture of hospitality and personal engagement. The GM sent a personal welcome to the room (something that does not happen as often anymore with hotels). Valet parking was a breeze as well as check-in. The room was well-appointed, up-to-date with electronic and internet connections as well as very quiet. The bed was most comfortable and one of the pillowcases has my monogram embroidered on it. No request was too small and each question was answered knowledgeably and with a courteous smile. Housekeeping and turndown were impeccable. ||Breakfasts were a highlight. The PBH offers something for everyone's taste buds. I tried both the Belvedere and the Roof Top Garden. The menu is virtually the same and the open air of the roof top made that my go to place. The pool was never over-crowded and yet the staff went above and beyond to insure comfort and pool-side service. The lobby lounge was filled everyday with people enjoying afternoon tea (they have a harpist who played Christmas music). The bar and lounge were always full and the dessert they offered at night was decadent.||The area is walkable to Rodeo Drive, the Beverly Hills Sign and access by car to the sights was a breeze.||No other place in Los Angeles compares to the PBH. Once you spend even a night, you will not want to stay anywhere else.

If I could give this hotel six stars, I would! The attention to detail was mind-blowing - from the perfectly pressed linens to the meticulously curated local art adorning the walls. The concierge was a fountain of knowledge, guiding us to hidden gems we would have never discovered on our own. The rooftop bar offered craft cocktails that were works of art in themselves, compleThis establishment truly understands luxury is in the details. The staff demonstrates exceptional emotional intelligence in their interactions. The rooms are perfectly appointed with everything you might need, and the housekeeping is meticulous. The property's common areas are inviting and well-maintained, creating perfect spaces for both work and relaxation. The concierge servmented by a view that made us feel on top of the world. This wasn't just a stay; it was an experience we'll treasur

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it never fails to impress.||The staff are friendly, well informed and helpful and the hotel is clean and organised but the reason I return is the rooms.||They are spacious, light and cozy. The beds are incredibly comfortable and fluffy. The bathrooms are well appointed and everything is well looked after.||The rooftop pool and restaurant is a highlight. The spa is good too.

I have been coming to The Peninsula for many years and have always been pleased with the service - I had my wedding reception at their lovely rooftop restaurant and it was divine . .. however, a friend and I stopped by yesterday for a late breakfast and were told there were no tables available at the Belvedere restaurant = agreed to wait, yet the European host seated several people after we arrived. They did not have rooms in the hotel.
We finally realized he was not going to accommodate us. Not the way to treat a long time customer. A bit disappointed . . . the host needs a sensitivity chip.
