Needed a clean room in a safe hotel for a quick trip to SoCal. This place was amazing. Service was great, rooms were great, huge fluffy towels, good breakfast in the morning, security in the parking lot, a well maintained property. And all at a great price. I would highly recommend The Hartford and will definitely return.

I just spent over a week here and the accommodations were very good for the price point! The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. Management listens and addresses all questions. The daily included breakfast was a nice option. There's a waffle maker, breads, hot daily items, juice, coffee, fresh tangerines and bananas and more. I felt safe. The area was quiet. I would highly recommend the hotel.

By far the cleanest, down to every nook and cranny, most courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but lots of selections and satisfying, great coffee. Everything in the rooms work! Even the windows open easily. Would highly recommend and will return.

The Hotel is conveniently located , one block next to the main road and free way entrance, but it was quiet at night. Well maintained rooms and property, breakfast has all the necessary items even a waffle maker with a nice lady gave good service. The room that we stayed in is quite roomy, not tight at all. The night clerk and morning shift personnel are friendly and polite and all the smiles on their faces.

Just about any time I look for hotels in the LA or San Diego area, the following applies. If it's cheaper, it's not in good condition or rundown and/or not in a safe area. This hotel is definitely the exception. Very clean, looks brand new inside and out. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and clean. The beds were a bit firm for my liking, however just my personal preference. This location is in a residential area and is very close to shopping and dining.

who gave them 4 stars? they probably drew 2 themselves!! from the entrance you are greeted by a terrible smell like in a nursing home. mold in the bathroom! everything is old... they save on everything. well and lastly, be prepared that at breakfast they will watch you, so that you do not take a banana or an apple with you!!!! where have you ever seen such a thing that in a 4 star hotel they do not allow you to take food with you a nightmare 🤦 I will never come back and I do not recommend it to you!!!!

Overall I would say this is decent hotel. It's not great but it's also not the worst either. The beds were not the most comfortable and do t get the rooms near the elevator.
