My weekend getaway at The 1 Hotel was pure relaxation! From the front desk to valet and the spa team, the customer service was top-notch—everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The spa was incredible, the rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and cozy, and the lobby bar had such a fun vibe with a great DJ in the evenings. It was the perfect escape, and we can’t wait to be back for more poolside lounging this summer!

Customer service, cleanliness and vibe of this Hotel is AMAZING. Every staff member was friendly and accommodating especially during a busy time of New Years! The comfort, fragrances and decor make it a wonderful experience. Our All Star employees were Luc in Valet and Tasha in the dining room!! When you hire personal with genuine kindness, attitudes and hard work….you are doing the service industry well. Thank you for a wonderful experience we will share with others!!

One of the most impressive hotels I’ve been to! The decor made it feel very zen. The staff was beyond amazing - I put in a service request through the app and someone was at my door in 30 seconds. The gym is well-equipped and the food on site is delicious.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and I was genuinely impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of your staff. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the gals at the front desk were especially kind and friendly, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.||||The room I stayed in was creatively decorated and well-appointed - I loved the unique touches! The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was quiet, allowing me to get some much-needed rest after a busy day at the conference.||||I am particularly grateful to Will at Valet, who went above and beyond to help me make my flight. I found myself in an unfortunate situation where my Lyft driver got lost, but Will took care of everything for me. Yes, I’ll admit it—I’m a hotel snob, and this is hands down one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The location is fantastic, and everything about it—the scent, the ambiance, the staff—was just perfect. Honestly, I could have spent more time exploring outside the room, but I didn’t because I loved the room that much. It’s definitely pricey, but absolutely worth every penny. This is now my go-to spot whenever I’m in LA. Oh, and don’t be surprised if you run into a few celebs staying here too!

Staff were exceptional.

A shuttle service is provided for up to 3 miles in a beautiful Audi Q8. You can also borrow the same car for up to 3 hours.

Not only do they charge additional fees after check-out, but they also seem to believe that if people have money, they can be cheated over small things. Plus, the girl at the reception is completely unprofessional—she even argued with me, insisting that the wine cost $50 instead of $40. Only when I showed her the prices on the website, proving it was $40, did she finally say, “Okay, we’ll refund the money.” No apologies, and she spoke to me like I was piece of …. Disgusting
