We stayed for three nights and had an amazing experience. The room was fantastic, and the area was incredibly walkable, which made exploring so enjoyable. We also loved relaxing by the pool. Cody was especially helpful and kind—he left a lasting impression. Staff like him makes such a difference with the comfort of our stay. We’ll definitely be back! 🙂

The rooms were rather small but very modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom well equipped and bright. We liked the possibility to order a kettle or cosmetic supplies (toothbrush, deodorant) that is sometimes forgotten. The location is nearby the walk of fame however we could not find any good places to eat nearby (more night clubs and bars, there are many of them). Very nice pool area on the roof, even the pool is very small (more to cool up, not to swim).|The valet parking was very expensive so other options (self parking) might be considered as alternative.

Jen, the Director of guest relations was phenomenal. She was so helpful with our family's needs and went above ans beyond. The hotel is so beautiful and clean. The staff was kind and ready to assist with anything. This was our first stay at Dream's and we will be returning indefinitely.

I just left the Dream Hotel, and I’ll stay by saying I think the customer service itself was what gave me my turning point. Because honestly when my boyfriend and I pulled up seeing the location was a bit discouraging. Because for the price for a night, for a room, I think the location should’ve been more inviting. But not a big problem, because once we walked in the two gentlemen in the Lobby, who checked us in was so inviting, and very warm, the hotel offered Complimentary wine for Valentine’s Day. One of the gentleman’s was Andre , who went above and beyond to showcase the hotel’s excellent customer service. Thank you Andre. So I will still rate this a 5 star hotel. The room was also very clean, and very nice. Near perfection.

Also, yes you can hear music and beats up until 2/3am but my bf and I were so tired it didn’t bother us by the time we got in. No complaints there, but if you are a light sleeper just consider that. 🙂

Hotel staffs are well trained, polite and helpful. Enjoyed food with smile service, and spent a very memorable holiday there. Complementary shuttle bus takes you to the main tourist spots. dinner is really good and highly recommended. ||Just a bad thing was abouth the Internet in my room was a bit slow at night sometime but it is okay for me and I will come back next time!!

The staff was amazing and friendly from before checking to after checking out. The room was so comfortable. The location was perfectly centered for a variety of events. I would highly recommend and would go back again in a heart beat. I look forward to my next visit

Nice hotel - small rooftop pool. Lots around that’s walking distance. Got in a suite and the room was decent but dated. The bathroom was huge, and nice and updated.
