Had a great time at this place, excellent service and the food was delicious. Their chicken is bomb, and the portion you get is a big amount. Staff was friendly, she was very helpful and always asked how we were doing, prices are, well you know... definitely would come back and would recommend to anyone.

The broth is so tasty! Lots of umami flavors you can’t go wrong with any of the ramens. I got Tori the OG and tonkotsu Kick. Both are excellent. The place is clean and run well. Will definitely come back here again.

Best chicken ramen ever. It’s easy to find good pork ramen, but chicken is usually an afterthought — dry & tasteless. Not here! The chicken is amazing, so very, very good. I’m getting hungry just writing this.

Come to Kotsu. Order Kick in pork, chicken, or vegan. Get beer or wine from next door (or bring it from home). Yum!!!!

This is an updated review for my most recent trip...Prior review is below at the end.

I used to come here all the time but this recent trip has completely ruined the experience. We ordered our usual Kotsu Deluxe and were left disappointed. First, both deluxes only came with one piece of Charshu, when they should have come with two. To make things worse the Charshu was so dry and had a texture that was very rough like a porkchop. The broth is still similar but it's just nowhere as good of an experience as before. Forgot we also got the kids meal and the kids even said things have changed. The karage is definitely not as crispy as before, it's actually more soggy now. Maybe they changed owners or chefs hope it gets better 😕

Pretty good ramen considering there aren't many options in the vicinity. Convenient, fast, flavorful and a very modern offering system. The togo packaging is pretty cool as well! Awesome soft opening! Still some kinks to work out but A+ Kotsu! Will be coming back.

The noodles were prepared well and the broth had a lot of flavor. Definitely wish they provided a full seasoned egg rather than half per order. The reason I’m giving a 2 star review is because I’ve never felt sick after eating ramen until now. I did also try the gyoza sampler, which is a bit overpriced for the size and quantity provided. Out of the three flavors the regular ones tasted the best to me, followed by the curry, and lastly the spicy.

I take ramen to go from this shop once in awhile. The quality is consistent, it is never crowded, the orders arrive pretty fast. I wish they had a nicer seating inside.

Very excited for their soft opening, already went twice within a week.. I love it! Growing up with ramen as long as I can remember, I'd like to call myself a ramen-lover and I approve their tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen. Thick, creamy, but not too fatty. Perfection! Their modern touchscreen ordering scheme was unusual to me, but that doesn't mean you feel like you're in a robot restaurant. Friendly waiters kept the mood fun and lively, Jason is especially cool and professional!
