Been here for two weeks asked for toilet paper he refused said go buy at store, asked for clean towels he made a big argument, and finally gave me the towels, I sat in my car most of the time saw people come and go, he never cleans the room, only saw him go and change the blankets and sheets. Disgusting and dirty hotel, very rude.

The manager was very rude asked for toilet paper n he started yelling at me so i went back and the blanket are filthy and nasty had to use my own there are rats running around and towels are stained the and the manager harassed every one do not recommend hotel will never come again reporting to health department. Never coming agian

211 was very dirty food on floor rubber bands , pacifier I said did u guys clean he yelled don't like don't rent I went n got my own supply cleaned took sheets and blankets off bed used my own u ask for tp he gets mad so I went and bought my own never again dirty place

If this place got less then 5 stars yall trippin this motel is the best motel in hanford friendly manger New Street, just looks great you get your moneys worth and excellent wifi you can play any console on it lol no lie , 25 stars for me

I stayed here with my kids and I and my boyfriend on the program through welfare total of 46 days first of all the Rooms are not CLEAN so be prepared to clean them yourselves bring cleaning supplies. My room was never cleaned the whole time I’ve been here I’ve had to ask for clean sheets and towels which really are not the cleanest, not vacuumed or anything we’ve had to do it all ourselves and the manager/owner will knock on your door every other day asking for checks or telling you when your check out is. It is the most frustrating thing when the county has made numerous phones calls and has mailed checks along with faxed the paper work with all of the statements. So just prepare yourself for dirty rooms, and the manager to harass you

Worst place to stay I paid 70$ which was okay but I guess they gave me 70$ worth because. The air conditioner is broken, my shower is rusted,my blankets have a smell to them,my bed squeaks like its an old army cot,and the TV remote doesn't even work for the TV and to make it worst theirs no WiFi -_-
