Some rooms have been remodeled. Premium rooms are about 20 more than the regular yet to be remodeled units. But it's amazing! A studio kitchenette couch boutique vibe. Don't judge a book by its cover here! But if you don't get a Premium room- don't expect anything spectacular. Just like anything else, you get what you pay for! And the couple runs the place are so sweet and accommodating. I've been here over 2 weeks and I'll be sad when I have to leave.

Not happy with this Motel. First off, when i checked in, I asked if I could use a different method of payment upon check out. Not the case!!! They made me use the CC I had on file. I would never have stayed here, had I known that. What a joke.
Also the shower pressure is terrible. The toilet barely works, and it's just a sub par room.
Theres plenty of other hotels i could have stayed at, and I wish I made a different choice.
Take my word for it, do NOT stay at this hotel.

I’m a long term tenant at this property. I got behind in my rent, and the owners are evicting me. The owners are well within their rights to do so.

The problem is with the way the manage is treating me, it’s not okay. I’m a senior with a disability. Ish, is locking me out (which under the law is not allowed). He knows I have a disability and it’s hard for me to maneuver stairs. I have to walk down two flights of stairs to get a new key card.

He is harassing me, and verbally abusing me. Two days ago I was told by housekeeping that I had to call Ish if I needed toilet paper. I called him, he started to scream and yell at me. He told me no toilet paper, and told me to go and buy it. Ten minutes after our conversation, housekeeping knocked on my door and give me toilet paper.

Ish, has violated my privacy. He called a third party and had a conversation about me. That person told Ish some personal information about me. For the last week, every time I have a conversation with Ish, he throws that personal information up in my face.

Haley Hospitality, your manager’s behavior is unlawful, and he is putting you at risk of legal action. Would you like to hear him yelling at me? I’ll be glad to post it. Take care.

The upgraded rooms are incredibly nice on the inside. One of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve seen in terms of decoration with a large Samsung TV, full fridge, microwave, wireless chargers, etc.

This was by far the best hotel I've been to in a very long time. Don't judge the outside it is a hidden been like another had said. The upgraded room was to die for and the staff was excellent. Thank you so much for the above and beyond service that the manager and staff have to us.

I have stayed at this motel countless times over the course of 20 yrs. I accidentally left medication in the refrigerator. We were on our way to our new home in Costa Rica. Called. They checked. They threw it out. Instead of calling us. To me thats bad customer service. Especially a repeat customer! Of 20+ yrs. Who does that Yes it was my mistake. But wouldn't you think maybe we should call the customer...

They had options for “older” rooms and recently renovated ones, and for 30$ we upgraded our booking. It was a good decision, the receptionist showed us both options before we made the deal. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable with a little kitchen equipped with fridge, cupboards, coffee machine and microwave. The bathroom was also very spacious, new and modern. The bed was comfortable and the tv was huge. Had space to hand a few clothes in the open closet. The only thing is that we could hear the road from the bedroom, it was quite noisy but not too disturbing.
