We loved our time at Cypress Perch SO MUCH!

This is a fantastic home with literally everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We really appreciated that the owners allow pets. We stayed here for 3 weeks during Thanksgiving and the busiest part of our kitchen restoration and it was nice to have a quiet and peaceful place to live without the construction noise and mess.

The view of the golf course is wonderful. The awesome beds, linens, kitchen appliances/supplies, TVs, comfortable furniture -- all are just TERRIFIC. A great desk and chair where I worked from home with strong and stable internet. The heating and cooling system is new and runs perfectly. There is a wonderful tiled shower in the primary bathroom (a tub/shower in the other bathroom) and a really nice/new washer and dryer. Huge bonus: this home offers an EV charger and the large garage is ideal if you need storage space like we did.

Ross is so friendly and responsive - a wonderful host.

There are many grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of shopping nearby. Oh I almost forgot to mention the pool table and foosball table in the sunroom!

Cypress Perch gets our highest recommendation for sure! I wish we could stay here again but we live only a few miles away!

This home was out home away from home for myself and my family as we had stressful work done on our home. My family had an amazing, comfortable, beautiful home to rest in while the work was done for over two weeks. Ross, our host, was king, responsive and more than helpful during our stay! He made everything stress free! Highly highly recommend this home!!!

Ross and Dana are extremely responsive hosts who made our stay in their home very easy! Any question or request I had was answered usually within the hour, at most 2 hours.

The house is close to grocery stores and restaurants for easy meals, and a very short drive to outlets, beaches and downtown San Clemente for some night life. An excellent location overall, nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

We needed a place to stay while our home was remodeled due to a slab leak. This home was excellent with a nice view and fully furnished facilities. One of the best parts was the gas BBQ. Ross was always on call and responded in minutes to any question or concern. The game room was especially fun for my teenagers. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 months stay and highly recommend this home and owner.
