What a terrible company. I booked a place 6 months in advance on a festival weekend, and a month before my stay they cancelled my reservation. They said it was because the owner of the property fired them as the manager. Of course I see the property listed 2 days later for 3X the rental price I had it for. My suspicion is BookedUp just wanted more money so they dumped my reservation and got a new one. When I asked for compensation, since I now had to find a new place in a hurry and pay 3X the amount, they just ghosted me. If you see a property being rented by this company, avoid it at all costs.
