This was a very enjoyable hotel experience especially since it was only a business trip. The full service hotel experience was so convenient especially after a long day’s work. The bar was always ready for me when I came in after work and the staff was so friendly. The room was nice although it would’ve been nice to be able to stream on the big TV. Also the breakfast was not free..
🙁 And everything to purchase in the hotel is pricey. But all and all i had a great experience.

I will say the front desk person during the day shift was extremely helpful and attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms how ever were not great. I understand room service has to perform a quick turn over for the rooms, but you can't skip over obvious things that need to be cleaned. Our first room, the beds were made, but it looked as if someone had slept on the bed and then the top covers folded over to make it look made. We were given another room, with no issue. The second room, the toilet seat was dirty and had clearly not been wiped/cleaned. I was able to request full service the next day. I do think the hotel was responsive in trying to resolve the issues, but when I comes to the cleanliness upon arrival of new guests I was disappointed.

Alicia E was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay. We’d been traveling for a couple of weeks, and after a stay in Tokyo for business we were in Los Angeles to spend time with my aging father. Our experience is that a hotel’s staff determine whether a stay away from home is pleasant, efficient and meaningful or the opposite of these things. Alicia E is a great example of this. What distinguishes a great hotel from just a bed, shower and tv is the mindset of the staff, from the front desk to engineering. Courtesy and empathy along with experience and professionalism are important qualities in any customer facing role, and Alicia exhibits these qualities in abundance. Bravo.

Stayed during the recent holidays. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The back stairs were being serviced so that meant a lot more walking from our room, but there were signs everywhere. Parking is costly, per car, per night and not included in the room, so beware. Would recommend!

Jesse in the breakfast buffet was attentive and kind. Very helpful and patient with helping my kids find something they liked. |He made sure the area was always stocked with fresh coffee (big must) and clean.|Definitely will be back. It’s hard to find service staff that patient with little kids.

Abigail is my favorite team member!! She always has the best attitude towards every guest. The hotel itself is very clean, food is so good! I haven’t had an opportunity to use the pool but it’s heated so even in the cold weather it’s tempting. |This is one of my top hotels to stay at, thank you Abigail! I hope you get the raise you deserve your hard work and great attitude doesn’t go unnoticed.

Positive: Close to Vons and pier. Easy to park and get to room. Room was big and could open window a crack for fresh air. Negative: Thin walls could hear talking and coughing. The shower head wasn?t good, also shower was cold at 8am. Parking was nearly full at night. Only 2 towels in bathroom. Saw cockroach when leaving in hallway.
