Our stay at Best Western Galleria Inn on Artesia Boulevard in Redondo Beach was an excellent experience, offering great service, clean accommodations, and convenient amenities.

Basically good and clean hotel.
Rooms were clean and also bed linens. Friendly staff who made sure the breakfast was sufficient all the time. Better hotel than MGM Grand.

Very clean and modern hotel - we had a great & comfy stay ! Loved thus location for easy access to downtown LA for events...||Free breakfast included!||If you do stay ask for a room in the back - we stayed not far from the front office & the road noise was terrible ...

I received the best possible service from Jessie when I check-in. She gave me a upgraded room free of charge. The best part is when my debit card declined for the $100 incidental fee she waived it. Otherwise I would been sleeping on the streets. Thank you again from a diamond rewards select member!

Good location! About 10 minutes to Hermosa Beach, close to the 405, gas, and Starbucks. Easy to park. Nice employees, good breakfasts, nice smelling rooms (no old smoke or air freshener) - ambient temperature in rooms is well control - internet is easy to access.

While this is not a luxury hotel, rooms are stylish and neat and the managers are nice. The rooms face the courtyard which is a parking lot but they’ve done a nice job with their landscaping with roses and other flowering plants.

The exterior feels worn and it can be noisy outside. One night a blaring car with sub woofers playing in the lot. The computer and the printer are older model. Printer has been on fritz-and unfortunately I needed to print a large document and the manager was helpful in getting that done.

The reason I would rank this lower is you have to remind room service to clean your room. Or else they won’t clean it. But even if you do, it might not happen. I’ve asked to have my room cleaned every day but it’s often skipped because I’ve been here over a week. Thankfully I’m back early so I could ask. But I wish I didn’t have to chase the cleaners down. Service is nice but clearly some miscommunication).

When in left in the morning, I reminded them to clean my room. Just got back at 4:00pm. Room skipped. I told by cleaning staff, they didn’t know. When I called the front office, I was told I needed to request cleaning-which I have. And I also requested cleaning-every day but that doesn’t work. You have to ask daily. Told there was nothing they could do. That cleaning staff is “always trying to leave,” and if they had to leave before my room was cleaned-there’s nothing they could do but bring up a “few towels.”

The room is being cleaned as I write this. I think maybe a new system needs to be put in place!

I would definitely stay again. Close to alot of places to visit - 3 Piers/Beaches, shopping, restaurants, and stores for hygiene needs or for extra clothes (weather can get chilly there).
Great size room (2QB). Smelled and looked clean, included alot of towels, 4 pillows for each bed (which was a plus- having kids travel with us). Grounds were clean, no scraps on ground, or overfilled trash bins. No one lingering or loitering. Ice maker on every floor. Has Elevator as it 3 floors and all units/rooms are above parking. There are car ports for additional parking (first come first serve). Quiet at night (at least on my floor). Breakfast room was excellent and plentiful. It had cold and hot breakfast. 2 waffle makers and toppings! Front Desk staff members presentation was good - greeted with a smile and calm vibes 🙂

This place was amazing. They treat you like family. The rooms were very nice and kept spotless. The breakfasts were very good. We had the perfect week there.
