Mike, manager and staff are so very kind and accommodating! We landed earlier than expected and were able to check in early. Mike originally didn’t have any rooms bc no one had checked out (was sold out), but then called us back and told us he would have one ready by the time we got in from the airport. So appreciated beyond words after a day of traveling! We’ll definitely come back when we are in town ☀️.

My room was extremely clean and super nice for a smaller scale hotel. staff was nice and friendly despite my do not disturb sign on the door the staff still asked us if we needed anything which i thought was nice. the location is in a good area almost right in between all the things you want to do. shopping centers, targets, many different food choice all within walking distance. this was a nice little weekend getaway (i work 3 days on 3 days off) this was my weekend well spent.

There should be more parking space. And the current “compact” spaces should be re-done to make them regular parking space. These compact spaces are smaller than the compact spaces you will ever see. The cars are just overflowing the white lines and plenty of space gets wasted because of it. There is an overflow parking on the median of the road, but I didn’t feel safe to leave my car out in the open overnight.
The mattress and the pillows are bad. All 4 of us left the hotel with extreme neck and upper back pain after 3 nights of stay.
Shoutout to the staff. Helped me find parking when i arrived late after midnight on my first day

Although the location of the hotel is really good (close to the airport). Price is low too. Overall, it is a make do hotel for shorter stays (2 nights max) because of the price and location. But consider spending more money if you’re in city for more days.

checking in and out was easy. Racquel was lovely and motherly, a breath of fresh air in LA's very diverse culture.

the room was clean. it looked like it has been renovated. it looked new, better, different in the listing. huge beds, clean sheets. although it kinda smells like cigarette smoke when you first enter but it goes away.

they have an elevator for your convenience. they also have a coffee and tea at the front desk. they also cleaned our bathroom while we were away which i really appreciated!

Excellent customer service by the lady at the Reception. Rooms are clean.But the Hotel is not near the Airport as such. And heating system looks aged. Could more provide details on transport links e.g. ckear bus routes and train station which is at least 30mins walk.

Seemed to be newly renovated. Neat LED features and touch activated mirror in the bathroom. Comfortable bed. USB and USBC ports several locations in the room. I’ve stayed at countless days inn, and this one was by far the nicest.

Great hotel, friendly staff and shoutout to Mike the manager, top notch! Best coffee, cup after cup and apple juice, daughter approved! Rooms clean, prices decent. Will stay again and will recommend!

Positive: The staff were exceptional - their attitude, service and helpfulness was next to none! Negative: The hotel rooms seriously needs upgrading. The decor is tired, the furniture is old, the bathroom suite needs to be changed, rust and peeling paint in some places, and the carpet definitely needs to be replaced - it has a pungent smell.
