I had the worst experience at this hotel. It is absolutely infested with roaches. I found roaches in the bathroom, on the bed, crawling on the headboard, and running in and out from under the bed. Disgusted, I went to the front desk to request a refund, but they refused. Instead, they moved me to another room, which was just as bad. The bed had old food and stains on the sheets. I was moved yet again to another room that had stains on the sheets and furniture. The final room was barely clean enough, but in the morning, I found roaches inside my suitcase! I had to take everything out and shake it all. The staff and management are so poorly trained and unhelpful. I’m not sure how they’re still in business. **DO NOT STAY HERE.**

Pretty shabby and run down. Looks like it might have been a nice place 30 years ago. The first room they gave us had a broken AC unit. The second one had peeling wallpaper and the bathroom fan didn't work. The main doors at the front are broken and look like they've been that way for awhile. The banquet room is empty, there's no breakfast service available. Coffee and juice machines only. There is a pool in the center courtyard with a water wall feature, which was obviously the centerpiece of the hotel back in the day. I can't imagine anyone using that as the reason to stay there now. Basically it's a cheap place to stay for a night near the airport. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with a low threshold for grime.

WARNING ‼️ PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ROACHES 🪳
The front desk staff are terrible! They have no idea what they are doing!!! There’s NO Manager on-site over the weekend!! They put a charge on my cc for no reason and couldn’t explain why? The front desk guy hung up in my face when I inquired about it!!! I had to check out a day early, the rooms are NASTY!!! Upon check out, someone else’s cc information was on my invoice.

Arrived at 1:30am exhausted. Advertised they had an airport shuttle but they don't. Front lobby smelled off. Went up to our room, absolutely stank of marijuana. The room was clean, but very run down. The hallways are outdoor with disgusting dirty carpet, the pool looked clean but the surrounding area did not. Stuff broken and in disrepair everywhere. Could be nice...but it definitely wasn't. The smell will take days to leave our clothes and our noses. We could have complained, and we did when we left, but the whole place just had a bad smell and it was 2am by this point. Never ever staying there again. Probably won't consider Ramada again either.

This motel is worth every dollar you spend there. Parking lot needs cleaning it smells like pee. Rooms are nice and clean, and the service was amazing . I had no problem checking in or out. I even re-booked for all of January 2025 (Monday-Friday)

Never again. If you need somewhere to stay for one night that has a bed and locked door, that's okay, but that's about it. No free breakfast like it says in the website. Wifi is not reliable and the hallways / rooms were not cleaned properly. The whole hotel needs to be deep cleaned and renovated.

Decent place for the price. There’s some small businesses around like Denny’s, Starbucks and Jack in the Box.However, the WiFi only worked on the 1st floor. I was reserved to the 4rth floor and I was here for a few days. Myself and another person staying here told the front desk but there was no change. I’ve had to use my hotspot.
