I was very disappointed in the lemon chicken soup. There were a few very tiny pieces of chicken and the rice was undercooked. I have been going here for years but the quality has declined. I am going to stick to making it myself and with real chunks of chicken. I used door dash, which was great.

Placed an order to go including a wrap, a plate, and a side of soup. Somehow this place managed to leave out THREE ITEMS we paid for including: rice for the plate, gyro for the plate, and the side of soup.

The food we did get, was mediocre at best. The vegetables were overcooked and flavorless, but hey, at least we got them

I didn’t know reading an order was so hard. I’ll never order from here again

I ordered the classic pita sandwich with lamb, the meat was not cooked the meat was cold. I wouldn't buy from here again. Now that I'm checking the reviews, they are not good. I usually check reviews before going anywhere to buy food, but I was hungry and rushing. Always check reviews, this place doesn't have great reviews.

Drove 7 miles. Open but no customers. Although I was pleasant and patient, the Manager was immediately hostile. Then she took a call while speaking to me. No problem. Came back to me and literally told me to hurry because she got a phone customer 15 seconds ago. Still had to repeat "no lettuce and sauce on the side" 3 times. Even though she repeated exactly what I said back 2 me with distain. Her aggression was off the chart. She says thank you when handing me receipt 4 a tip. Charged me $14 for 1 gyro. Had to ask again 4 the sauce. Oh but the couple after me, got excellent CS. This is redlining at its worse.

I love Mediterranean food and was wary by the "California greek" branding but the food was perfect. Went 3 times and loved it every time. Also their soda machine has Orange, cherry, and vanilla syrup to customize your drinks. The restaurant was spotless every time no matter what time I came in and even when I came in right before closing (by accident I always try not to but I read the hours wrong) and even when I asked them if they just wanted me to go so they could go home they insisted they take my order and busted out an incredible meal.

Worst customer service!!!! Ingrid mest up my order and give to another table. Make me wait longer and no apology. No thank you, no welcome!
Gals working in the kitchen other ways very nice and fix her attitude on the other side! . Food Beh!

Just a dissapointing visit. Gyro meat tasted old and dry. This was my last try them.
