February 2020, I contacted my friend and told her. That I needed a hotel as I was going out of town. So she connected me with this wonderful agency and I signed up. So I got on the phone and contacted one of the hotels that I was looking at. They quoted me a rate. Which was a little high. So I asked them to give me the travel agent rate. That one question:Saved me $200. Thank you ATB

My friends were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary with a Hawaiian Cruise. The booking was done with them based off a friend's recommendation. They "reserved a block of cabins" two years in advance for all who were going.

Communication was sparse, and if it wasn't for the fact that all my friends had been on cruises before, I would have been compleatly left in the dark. I do not know if this was because I was the +1 in the shared cabin. I do know they have my email, I get regular spam from them.

Oh, that "block of cabins?" Everyone was scattered from stern to bow on the Pride of America. Atleast we were all in the same floor, and we got our exercise in. I only gained five pounds with all the eating I did on the week long cruise and running around to see friends and family.

I don't know why we went to them instead of booking online. Atleast with online stores, their email spam has an opt out option.
