Initial help was ok. But, as our overseas trip came up, things got worse. Our agent Lorie was unhelpful, and we started panicking as our trip neared because we weren't receiving the help we needed, and the agency wasn't being responsive. As a retiree and having a physical disability, I (and my husband) needed help we did not receive. We became so frustrated and frazzled, we decided to seek outside help in the final weeks leading up to our trip. Thank goodness we did. We lucked out finding someone who took the time to understand our questions and concerns. Little things the Travel Address should have caught and advised us about were things we first heard about after giving up on the Travel Address. Had we not done that, this trip could not have happened successfully. Never again.

Just completed an Alaskan cruise on Princess cruises. The trip was booked through Richard. We had a great time. We have booked through Richard and the Travel Address previously. Richard is a joy to deal with and my wife and I highly recommend his services!!
