Overall a great stay. From start to finish. Check in was fast and easy. The rooms were clean and spacious. it's definitely a Family friendly hotel. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool on a winter day. The Breakfast Was the Best! I look forward to coming again with the fam.

Been here a few times with my husband for events and also planned my daughter a party here. Clean rooms, great service, good food. The pool area is okay when it’s quiet. This is a family hotel so the pool area can get a bit crazy with all the kiddos.

Here for 2 nights on work trip, placed right by the elevator and the mechanical whirring was so loud and prevented me from getting a decent sleep which was not good as I was there for work! They were at full capacity so I couldn't be moved.

The room was huge and equipped with microwave, mini fridge. I didn't have status with Hilton, just a basic member but was given a bag with candy and water which was nice. Mattress was ok, found out that they were getting replaced. Shower was great with very good water pressure. Couch was huge but I barely used it.

Breakfast buffet was a nice perk as well but food was on the salty side. You're given a card size voucher to show the dates of your stay to ensure you're a valid guest. They also provide complimentary drinks in the evening, limited to 1 per adult

There was indoor pool and Jacuzzi plus fitness center which I did not utilize

First time staying here at Ebassy Suites and had a wonderful time. My room was clean and comfortable and was just what I needed. I love the two free beverages at happy hour and the awesome complimentary breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentative, they went out of their way to ensure you have the best experience possible when staying there. Highly recommended if visiting Palmdale and want to have the best hotel experience, they truly go above and beyond here.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Raphael and Karolina at the front desk are super. Christian, Flo and Bri in the bar and restaurant are the best. Dulce takes care of you at breakfast! I would 100% stay here again. I appreciated everyone's kindness and care.

My husband & I always have a great time. We love sitting at the bar. You can help yourself to free complimentary appetizers at the restaurant. You get 2 free complimentary drinks. We like to enjoy the bonfire & the beautiful night sky outside, eat & drink, listen to music off my phone, and enjoy conversing with others. Ordering food from the restaurant, room service is great. Always look forward to free complimentary breakfast the next morning is awesome. They make the best breakfast omelet!

Great location!!! Tons of food and shopping within walking distance. Clean rooms. The free breakfast was great as well as the 12pm checkout time.. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.
