This place has really good people and a couple of employees that really stand out as being just simple put awesome. Clara our house keeper, Manny the maintenance clerk were just really kind and had the warmest smile which was a nice way to start the day. And Iranian who covers the front desk, seemed to always go that extra mile for us during this hard time and did everything she could to help limit our stress and hardship. She truly is a one of a kind person and is well worth her weight in gold.

Enjoyed celebrating Valentine's day. The suite was very accomodating to my desires. The kitchenette was fully equipped with the necessities to pull off a great dinner. Complimentary breakfast served hot meals not your typical croissants and yogurt. Love this place. Highly recommend!

This was my best hotel stay ever. The room was extremely clean. All the amenities were amazing . The pictures don’t do it justice. The staff is super friendly and let me borrow a charger when I forgot mines. Just amazing stay overall and I can’t wait to come back.

This was our second stay at this location. We were happy with the first visit so booked again on our trip home. Not quite the same experience. The room had a strong odor of cleaning solution or something unpleasant Bothered my asthma. The freezer shelf was broken. There were no chairs except at the desk. Poor lighting in the kitchen area. The pet fee I think is too high.

I checked in on valentine’s Day night and went to stand up all morning and when I got to the desk, she said that I wasn’t allowed at the clock, and I had to check out immediately. Due to not checking out at the correct time as I was told, I was allowed to check out the previous day. I was approved a 2 PM check out but they clearly didn’t notice it down because in there I said I left two hours late and now I’m banned from the property. I would like my restriction lifted due to this as a convenient hotel being in the local area for a getaway. Staff member who checked me in was clearly now, and she was nervous when I checked in however, she did a great job. But the staff member that was there when I send in who claim to be the supervisor was extremely rude and passive aggressive.

I have stayed several times at Staybridge Suites in Palmdale. It is clean, cozy, and has a well-equiped kitchen. It works great for families as there is a master bedroom & a separate room with 2 Queen-sized beds. It was perfect for my family. The pool area was nice and best of all, it was QUIET at night. The breakfast was average and do wish for more variety in the morning though the hours were perfect for breakfast. The cleaner was very sweet and immediately gave me an extra towel and refilled the body lotion. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this Palmdale location and the room looked good until we went to bed and turned on the heater. It was so loud and at one point the motor made a horrific sound, like it was going to blow up! We arrived late the night of our stay and we're too tired to complain to switch rooms in the middle of the night. My wife just flew back from Washington and we both were battling the flu.

When turning on the TV in the master suite, the remote would not work correctly and we could not change the language on the TV. Even downloading the remote app, it still would not let us change the options to change the language. So after fussing with it for a half hour, we just gave up and tried to sleep.

When preparing to check out, there were no available luggage carts to use, just like when we checked in. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all and when I checked out and complained about the stay, the lady at the front was not helpful or even kind about what kind of stay we had. She didn't offer anything to make it right and only said "Sorry, I'll let maintenance know.

We stay at a lot of hotels and are Platinum Elite Members and also own the timeshare through IHG.

This location needs to update cooler and heater motors or anything else that has been neglected. The first impression is nice until you start using things in the room. They also need to hire more compassionate and friendly staff as well. Not just someone who is there for a paycheck and shows up. It doesn't reflect well on their hotels.

From check in to check out it was exceptional the room was clean, the free laundry service, they had good business center computers, the happy hour carne asada meal with drinks was great saved money on dinner bill. The whole hotel felt clean and safe thank you very much will stay again.
