Loved this hotel! We stopped here on our way back to Vegas, from our Disneyland trip and this hotel was gorgeous. Yes the place was a little messy, but because they're renovating. The floor we stayed on, 3rd, was beautiful, spacious, and quiet. We left at 9am and didn't hear any construction. Attached are pictures of the amazing breakfast available. The lady attending this section was super nice, and she was always cleaning and stocking everything. I wish we could have stayed here instead of the hotel we stayed near Disney. We will be staying here again if we're in the area. Thank you to all!

We didn't get much sleep due to loud people next to us, we called the front desk and they didn't do anything about it, we were missing sheets, blankets and clean towels. The mini fridge was not working and when they were informed they didn't replace it. On the positive note, the young woman the next morning was attentive and nice. We will not be recommending this location to anyone.

Even during upgraded construction the staff, especially Anthony, have been more than accommodating. Interesting change to the updated rooms. Stay here on a regular basis and rarely disappointed. Any issues due to the age of the hotel have been quickly addressed. Great to see everything being upgraded.

The property is a little dated feeling but it was clean overall and located in a nice spot just off the main highway and near plenty of restaurants and fast food options. We didn’t have any issues with the breakfast and enjoyed our stay here.l and would give them another try.

My family stayed here October 9-14. The service was so bad. They are in the middle of a renovation and we were the only guests they stuck on the third floor. The other rooms were occupied by the renovation workers. Then forgot about us. We only got our room serviced once, on the 4th day. We asked about it after the 3rd morning and they promised it would be done that day. When we returned in the evening, nothing had been touched. We had to ask repeatedly for new towels, shampoo, Kleenex and even toilet paper. There was construction debris all over the hallways, including dust and sheetrock along with bathroom countertops and sinks, tools, etc. The elevators were shut off multiple times along with the water.

When we tried to talk to the manager Alejandra about what was going on, she was never available. We were put off and promised we'd be contacted. We called to talk to her after we left, and it took two weeks to reach her. She promised to give us some points to make up for the experience. Three weeks later and nothing has happened. We have lodged complaints with Marriott corporate. This is an all-around, badly-managed hotel. To top it all off--this is the worst buffet breakfast I've ever had, and I've probably stayed at 40+ properties with breakfast.

We have Gold status and stay at Marriott's regularly, but were offered a Friends/Family discount at Hilton and have using them a lot more lately as their website/app/service all seem to be superior. I've been loyal to Marriott for 20 years, but they've have been disappointing lately with their expensive rates to redeem points and poor customer service. I would never stay at this hotel again, or recommend anyone else to do so.

Great location by the 14. Bad thing you can hear the traffic. Needs updating, which they are doing. Food.... breakfast.. don't get the pre-made waffle, gets hard quick and becomes dried up. It taste like a day old glazed donut.. very dry and sugary. Couldn't put butter on it it was to cold to melt it. Didn't even put syrup on it.. just nasty.

Positive: The gentleman that checked me in was very kind Negative: The sink was leaking all night long, carpet was wet, felt droplets on my feet when I stood next to the sink, painters did a lousy job, TV's are in awkward areas because the rooms are so small. I rented 2 rms, not sure to recommend, crappy for amount $$$

Great location and hotel near the AV fair grounds. Easy to get to. Good value price. Comfortable large rooms. The complimentary breakfast was good, but the staff had a hard time keeping up with the high demand and I had to wait a while for hot food availability.
