There is an unused corner, with large pine trees, by the side of our house. The first several months we lived here, that area was regularly and well maintained. Then---after park ownership was inherited---the service stopped, and I was later told that we were responsible not only for the for the area in question but also for tree debris on the street. (On two occasions, we gave in and paid a young man to rake THEIR grounds and make a number of trips, in his truck, to the dumpster.)

A bigger issue: When the ownership denied responsibility, we had to pay over $1,000 for the replacement of an underground line, on the same corner property, that was leaking propane gas into our house---causing headaches and other adverse effects. A while later, when we learned that our neighbor did not have to pay for an adjacent replacement, I gave a copy of our bill to the park manager, and we were reimbursed---except for the tax. (We received a check from a charitable fund; a fund, as per Google, left by the previous owner for Catholic Church and other nonprofit purposes.)

My conclusions: That operation is neglectful and ethically compromised, and we homeowners are paying too much to rent their plots..

Small potatoes mobile home park. More of a trailer park. Greedy out of state owners. Not very well run. Very very few friendly people. Glad to have sold. Don't make the same mistake I did. Nickel and dime you to death. Good riddance. Auggah!""!.

I have a place there and I can't say enough about it hot tub meeting room and pool the people that live there are the nicest you could ever imagine
