We reserved a family suite for one night on our family vacation. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff that checked us in was friendly. But I was very surprised by the poor quality of the breakfast at this location. The coffee was cold, there were only two hot items offered (eggs & sausage), the waffle maker wasn't working, & the breakfast area was very minimal. I attempted to locate a staff member to inquire about the coffee & I was unable to locate anyone. I love staying at Best Western locations with my family, and we always look forward to the breakfast offerings. This location leaves a lot to be desired!

Mean ugly controlling Chinese Woman yelled at my 9 year old granddaughter. Over her total control of a waffle maket. Brings out enough batter for one waffle at a time and then chooses to stand there and make it for you.. Total freak! Best Western has gone completely downhill. I have been a fajghful Best Western customer for years. My last two experiences with Best Western were horrific! Worst customer service ever! Shame on you for allowing what once was an outstanding company to be run by complete controlling lunatics!

My wife and I stayed here while on a two week road trip of the west coast. This was one of five BW+ hotels we stayed at and was one of the two best stays on the trip. We have often felt the very best BW+ hotels are in little towns where you don't expect them to be, and this was definely one of them. Some key points from our stay:||PROS|Check in person Leo thanked me for being a rewards member - only person at 5 best westerns on this trip who did this|Large clean rooms|Living room area with sofas, microwave, and larger fridge|Bathroom was large with large counter and vent for shower steam|Towel rack in shower for easy access to towels after showering|Room had a ceiling fan in addition to wall mounted controls for AC or heat|Pharmacopia bath products are AWESOME|Extra sink and mirror in room|Soft close room doors so no loud banging of other guest doors early in the morning||Con|Bed was good but pillows were basically throw pillows and not comfortable at all - please switch to normal sized, softer pillows||Other than the pillows, this was an outstanding hotel and was an outstanding value. One of the best BW+ hotels anywhere in the country.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Country Park for 1 night on our way from Yosemite National Park to The Grand Canyon. The front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Grounds and common areas were clean. Typical free hotel breakfast buffet. However, food items were still being set up at 7:30, well after the beginning of service. |ADA|My husband is a full-time wheelchair user. He is able to take care of his personal needs when in an environment that is wheelchair accessible. We have been traveling together for over 40 years. My comments on accessibility are for information only in hopes that it may be of help to others. The hand-held shower did not have a vertical adjustment which made it impossible to reach from a seated position. The shower head was mounted on the wall opposite the shower bench making it impossible to reach from a seated position. Towels were on a shelf mounted to the wall above the shower bench. Towels could not be reached from a seated position.

This was a convenient stop from a trip from Arizona to NorCal. Room was clean. Very minimal vending available at this place which is also owned by the same group as the next door BW. I should say I was disappointment that I could not even get a coke from a machine at either location. Staff is minimally trained. As for places to plug in my phone....receptacles are old and in need of replacement. I'd pass on this place if rolling through in the future.

This is our go-to-stop when on our way to see family in Arizona, we stay here 3-4 times a year.. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The beds are comfy and the staff is caring. One of the nicest BWs as far as room quality and service. One of the best features is that our room had screened windows that opened to allow for fresh air in the evening.

Don’t waste your money here. As soon as we checked in we realized the sheets were dirty . We asked to be moved rooms they stated there was no more rooms . They offered us a clean sheet to put on our bed ourselves that was too small for that matter so we had to go ask again. Breakfast bar was ridiculous. The owner was at the front desk as we where leaving to an event the next day ,we where going to ask for towels and a room clean since they didn’t come . The owner was sleeping at the front desk with her phone on hand watching a movie . She wasn’t responding so we left to the event . On top
Of that they double charged one of the rooms ! They stated that the charges were going to stand . With no real explanation as to why . We were in town for family wedding. So we booked an extra room day of . The owner took the reservation the day of the event and took credit card info . As my family came to check in they stated there was no reservation but that there was a room available . I made sure to ask they won’t charge the card twice right . The man at the front desk reassured me that wouldn’t happen. Then we see the extra charges and call a few days later the owner states you didn’t show up to the reservation ? How is that possible if we got a room that night ? They were so fraudulent. Beware !!! This place was a joke !

The Country Park Hotel has a very nice location. It is a short distance to an outstanding bakery/deli shop. Also close to a great steakhouse.||We had a very spacious and comfortable room with king bed, sofa, and chair. The computer desk was a real plus.||We used the outdoor pool which was of a comfortable temperature and was close to the jacuzzi.||The lobby and hallways were clean and neat.||There really were no negatives to our stay at the motel.|Even though we were near the back door and the stairs we were not disturbed by any noise of folks in or out of the building.||Sincerely,|Del Chausse, Paso Robles
