I had my daughter’s wedding at this venue. We rented the venue for rehearsal dinner as an Airbnb 1 night rental. We had dinner with family and wedding party with full use of pool and jacuzzi. Our family had a great time. Then the bride and her bridesmaids spent the night. It was perfect for them to wake up and not have to go anywhere. The wedding day was part of our venue package. The staff set up and our people added the decorations (flowers, candles, signs, place cards, goblets, sign in table etc…). They arrange rentals if you need them for services or items they don’t provide. We added our own appetizers so our people were prepping that. The chef arrived and his staff was invisible as we continued with sneak peeps and family photos. I cannot tell you how beautiful everything turned out. It was magical. They provide an event coordinator who was great but I’d recommend adding your own wedding coordinator for details. Was everything flawless no… but was it everything my daughter wanted for her wedding day? Absolutely! The staff was responsive. If you need it ask for it. Make lists. Have lots of discussions and be sure there is water in the glasses. The food was prepared on site and 5 star in quality, taste and presentation. I highly recommend this venue. If you need absolute perfection hire a coordinator to come alongside. If you can go with the flow they will go above and beyond!

I would NOT recommend Villa Punta del Cielo for any event, especially a wedding. They claimed we "stole things" and kept charging us without providing any proof. When we called to follow up, we were told they were on “vacation” and hadn’t even notified us. We had to call multiple times, and Adrian and Danny gave us conflicting stories—clearly no communication between them. Adrian assured us he’d take care of things, but when the wedding day arrived, he was nowhere to be found. The venue itself was filthy when we arrived, and they didn’t start cleaning until an hour before the ceremony began, continuing to clean DURING the ceremony! It was incredibly distracting and unprofessional. The dance floor they provided was terrible—it was falling apart the entire night, and yet they tried to charge us for the damage! The house was dirty, outdated, and in no way resembled the photos. Everything felt musty, dusty, and neglected. To make matters worse, they took forever to return our deposit, dragging the process out for weeks. On top of that, they started claiming we owed them for various items and damages—things they explicitly told us before the event we wouldn’t have to pay for. They kept adding extra charges that were never mentioned in the contract and were not agreed upon beforehand. As for their so-called “wedding coordinator,” she didn’t know what she was doing at all. She even had the audacity to tell us we should have hired a professional wedding coordinator—despite them claiming she would handle everything! Before booking, we read all the reviews, including the bad ones, and unfortunately, everything they said was true. Please listen to the negative reviews—they are accurate. The venue is misrepresented, poorly maintained, and run by an unprofessional team. We deeply regret choosing Villa Punta del Cielo and hope others don’t make the same mistake. If you’re considering this place for your wedding or event, save yourself the stress and money.

This place sucks! Save your money and don’t fall for all the lies they will say to get your business. The pool was full of green water and some of the staff were extra salty and full of power. They don’t let you in the house yet they accuse you of stealing and don’t give you all of your deposit back. Make sure everything is in writing before your event and double check that everything is in stock.

I attended a wedding here, and they try their best to make it a classy event but always fail all attempts. The venue itself was run down, the water was dirty and the road leading up to it was run down. The staff was very unprofessional, and the table cloths were all stained and it was extremely under staffed, the food was cooked very late and was unevenly distributed. Just about everything about this venue and staff comes shorts. Youre better off going to another place, especially for special events, it would be a waste of money going here

I booked this venue for my son's wedding, and unfortunately, many promises were not fulfilled. Our deposit was not fully refunded due to false claims brought to us by Danny. We worked with both Adrian and Danny, but it was clear they lacked communication, as they gave us conflicting promises. I deeply regret choosing this venue. While the location itself is beautiful and has great potential, a change in management is desperately needed for it to succeed.

I recently attended a wedding at this venue and was very disappointed. Despite the beautiful setting, the event was extremely disorganized. There were not enough heaters, the food was served cold and took far too long, and the dance floor was falling apart. Additionally, the security was lax and the staff were unhelpful. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience for such a special occasion.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!! If I could leave a no star rating I would. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. The lack of amenities such as heaters that were promised were never put out and said we had to pay extra for them, the inside of the house was dirty and not what you’d expect especially when paying so much money to have an event there. The pool and lake were filthy. Do yourself a favor and choose another venue. Plus they don’t make their contracts in writing so you better record everything you agree to with them or they’ll try and stick you with bogus charges just so they don’t have to refund your deposit.

This place is the worst place we ever started....the stuff and the ower have big attitude problem.. they are super rude and the house is so dirty... They change for everything you want to use in the property for example they changed us extra $275 per day to use the jacuzzi.. yes jacuzzi!!! it should be included with the price... The pool and the kitchen were filthy.. Dont waste your money there, you will recreated...
