I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Home2 Suites, Tracy, CA. I had an incredibly lovely experience, from the time I walked into the hotel until I checked out. I can truly say that all of the staff was very professional, welcoming, and provided great customer service. Not to take anything away from the other staff, but Dom really provided stellar customer service throughout my entire visit. I felt that she went over and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. She was very professional, personable, engaging, cheerful, friendly and helpful and made me feel at home. I conversed with her throughout my stay and she always remembered what we spoke about and always took the time to answer my questions. Anything that I needed assistance with, being recommendations for restaurants, coupons, shopping near the hotel, extra towels, a good conversation, etc.) Dom was extremely helpful. She had a great attitude. With as many guests as they had coming and going it was very nice to have that personal touch.

Once I got to my room I was presently surprised at how nice and spacious my room was. Literally everything was well maintained and working perfectly. I loved that the lobby was stocked all day with coffee, teas and hot chocolate. I also liked that they had a water dispenser that you could get hot or cold water from if you had your own reusable bottle.

If you’re looking for a well located, safe, clean and professional hotel for short or long-term stay, this is the place. From the front desk, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff everyone was polite and accommodating. The location is, situated in a nice area with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other attractions.

I was so happy I chose to stay there. Overall, I had an outstanding experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

This was my first time staying at the hotel and it was AMAZING! The front staff were very kind and helpful. They made us feel like we were family instead of someone just passing through. Everywhere in the hotel was very clean! If I’m ever back in Tracy I would be staying here again!

Sometimes you should just keep on keeping on. There is always something better down the road. My personal experience with this hotel was poor. It's always a gamble, and review are our guide. My experience is the management isn't interested in being helpful when help is needed. I'm sure we'll each have our own unique experience, but this was mine. I personally won't be doing business here in the future, but to each their own. Best of luck!

This place of business must do a phenomenal job training their employees or the young lady at the front desk Dominique I believe her name was is just a natural when it comes to customer service. At the time of our check-in, she was dealing with a rather unruly customer, she managed to deal with that situation and check us in with ease. Very satisfied and impressed with service! They even have a Bbq area and the tools are also provided at the desk free of charge. My wife is also very pleased with the wine selection. Overall a very pleasant visit will definitely be returning.

Mary is a star employee! Everyone who stays at the Home2 Suites in Tracy knows Mary. From the moment you check-in to the moment you leave, you feel taken care of by her. She gives great local recommendations. She also went above and beyond to resolve a minor room issue quickly and with genuine care. She will remember your name and always be the first to ask guests how their day was. I will definitely be returning because of her!

I've stayed at the Home2 Suites in Tracy three times. I won't even think about going anywhere else when in this area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the hotel’s amenities, like the pool and free breakfast, were great. Dom’s exceptional customer service really stood out and she made my stay even better. Highly recommend staying here, especially if Dom is there to assist you!

We really enjoyed our stay here! I was so impressed with how clean and spacious the rooms were! The beds were so comfortable, too. The night shift front-desk employee was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was decent, we loved the chocolate waffles!! The kids never wanted to leave the pool. It was especially cool swimming in the pool with the overhead string lights once the sun went down. The gym had excellent equipment. They even had a peloton bike! The sounds we heard were fairly muffled, so they must have some decent insulation to ensure sound-proofing! We will definitely make this our go-to hotel when we're in the area.

Personally, I would avoid this location. The GM is condescending, unhelpful, impatient and rude. If the job is too much, if she is overworked then maybe take a different position within the company. Maybe a position that isn't forward facing to the public. Potentially a behind the scenes role would be more suitable for her. If she tells you something isn't possible its likely because she hasn't or simply isn't willing to explore the available options. This isn't good customer service and it's a good representation of the Hilton values.
