Average place to stay, normal breakfast, Room was sparse. Corner had a standing light but no chair to sit on. Was a place for a fridge but no fridge. The microwave was so low you couldn’t read the dials. Room was clean. Bathroom had good counter space and good shower. Staff was friendly and willing to respond to requests.

The rooms had a bad smell and the room was not properly cleaned; there were stains and a lot of hair in the bathroom. The mini fridge was broken and dirty.
The overnight front desk was sweet and attentive, and the breakfast server was a delight.

Despite this hotel being renovated , it lacks a few things.
Cleanliness, elevator smell , creaky floors , see through door seam in main room & bathroom. Front desk area is very small but customer service seam to be okay as I was just there for a night on Xmas eve.

I recently stayed at this location, I was there on work with several coworkers. 3 of us had ants in our rooms, one of us got ants in the rental car. I was there over a week with no room cleaning, I had to ask for them to do it. I had a package delivered there, several receptionists told me my package was not delivered, they had me going thru Amazon trying to get a refund, turns out it was in the mailbox, and they hadn’t checked it for 4 days! Then when I went to check out they told me there would be a $250 charge because the room smelled like weed… They pointed out this was a “no smoking property.” Now, I am a medical marijuana patient, and I am aware of the policy, that is why every night before bed I would go for a walk to a abandoned business off the property, and smoke there. The day I checked out I had just smoked before grabbing my bags, I think the smell was still on my person (California has strong stuff) when I grabbed my bags. The cleaner came in my room not 5 minutes after I checked out, she must have smelled the remnants of what was on me, cause I can assure you I did not smoke in that room. Either way the manager wasn’t hearing it, she kept saying the room would not smell like that if it was just residual smell… Essentially calling my a liar… Either way I paid the fee, even though I did not smoke in the room or anywhere on the property. I would say the rooms are ok, if you can tolerate the bugs, the location is great, but the service is terrible!

Clean and good size rooms with the basic furniture. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. It’s located conveniently off of the highway and close to the mall. Many stores are in walking distance. Breakfast included was normal hotel standard. It can get a little noisy from the highway depending on location of your room - mine was quieter compared to a colleague’s. Overall it was a decent stay!

Do not stay here! AC units were broken and the portable units to replace them were not enough to cool the room. It was 85 F outside and 79 F in the room, yikes! Placing the AC unit on the chair and pointing it at the bed was the only way I was able to sleep. Bathrooms were even worse, so hot that going back into the 79 F room felt refreshingly cool. Room and bathroom also had ants, but thankfully not in the bed.

In the interest of fairness, I will list the positives I saw too. If the ants and AC are fixed, this would be a great place to stay:
- Easy access from the interstate, and walking distance to restaurants/shopping
- Breakfast was all stocked up and items were appropriate temperature
- Check in and check out were very easy
- Comfortable bed
- All staff I spoke with were friendly
- Curtains shielded room from outside street lamps (this is a big one for me)
- Lots of easy to access outlets and USB plugins for your devices

Note: Thermostat must have been for the AC units which weren't working, hence it's set to 65 and not doing anything. Thermometer clearly still working.

Great experience helped out with an elementary aged bday party. They swim ,watched movies, enjoyed an overnight stay and easy breakfast options before leaving.
