Though the room was nice, the staff is untrustworthy.
Clean, spacious room. Comfortable night’s sleep. Liked having a tub and shower to use in the room. Fitness center had feee weights, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, etc. staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast left a bit to be desired.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Unfortunately, I left a really nice jacket in the room, and when I called about it, I was told nothing had been found. It’s sad when hotel staff keeps belongings that aren’t theirs. Lesson learned.
Being in a trade that travels across the nation, I’ll be sharing that this cleaning staff is not honest about items left in rooms.

Not a great Hampton inn. Management seems to be very stingy. They charge $12 to park when it is a very suburban area with plenty of parking around. We’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns and have never had that charge in this type of area. Breakfast was minimal and only very limited quantities were put out at a time. We were there shortly after breakfast started and it was quickly emptied out. The owner only seems to care about getting the most money out of you. Would not stay here again.

I stayed one night while in the area on business. Upon arrival, it looked like the typical tired Hampton Inn. The front desk staff were both super friendly. The room and bathroom were both clean. The tile in the room entrance were loose. The carpeted floor was a bit lumpy and creaky. There is a restaurant in the back which plays music very loudly. It does stop at 9ish when the restaurant closes. There is quite a bit of road noise coming through the windows. The ac/heater unit works very well. It offers a constant fan option which gives enough white noise in the background to get a decent nights sleep. The bed was pretty comfortable as well. If breakfast is your thing, you will not be too excited about the underwhelming breakfast area. The biscuits and gravy and hard boiled eggs were the highlight. Overall, I would consider this an average stay. I would stay here again if I’m in the area as the bad wasn’t that bad and there were good spots as well.

Would not recommend. Found the $12 fee to park ridiculous in this suburban area with plenty of parking around. Management only seems to want to get money out of you. Breakfast was minimal and very sparsely stocked. Would not stay here again.

My husband and I were looking for an overnight in Tracy close to a restaurant they we enjoyed the last time that we passed through. The reviews looked good so thought we would give this Motel a try. |Not what we had hoped for. Nice front desk people. But- very!!! noisy air con unit. Plus- had to pay for parking. Nope- not again.

I did not stay here. This is solely based on the kindness of the staff. I wish I'd gotten the woman's name.
I was about halfway home, driving solo on a hot, traffic-y Sunday afternoon. I found myself here, asked to use the restroom, and then asked if it was ok if I sat in the lobby for a bit to cool off. She could've said no, but the person at the front desk was very accommodating. She pointed out the courtesy water and coffee. After a short rest I was ready to hit the road again. Thank you for being so kind to a non-paying customer. Oh, and there's a cat that wanders the grounds outside! 😺
