Absolutely stunning venue! My husband and I fell in love right away. I did not do any big decorations because it was not needed the venue speaks for itself. Kara and Izzy were amazing at answering any questions we had and the response time was quick. The bridal suite is beautiful and the lighting was perfect. There are several upgrade options and we did the fire package and it did not disappoint it was absolutely beautiful! There is an option to do rehearsal the day before, and you can either do it yourself or have the coordinator guide you. However, based on how it went I think we would have just done it ourselves. I’m not removing any stars for that because it’s an option we decided to go with.

It was the most amazing wedding, and I’m not just saying that because it is mine! I’m so grateful we didn’t have any hiccups thanks to our day of coordinator, Lisa. I highly recommended this gorgeous venue as it is the perfect combo of all inclusive style planning while still being able to add personal touches and detail (& I did a lot of things non ‘traditional’). I was planning from abroad so the planning process was just as important as the big day. Not only did everything turn out perfectly but honestly even better than I had envisioned.

I recently had my wedding at LOM in September and it was absolutely everything I could have hoped for. Leading up to it I was very nervous as it all seemed TOO easy. Turns out, it is that easy!! The staff at LOM have figured out how to make everything stress free. They send you everything you need to know from the beginning and check in at regular intervals. Any time I had a question and had to email Lisa our day of coordinator, or Izzy for catering, or DJ Mike they responded within the day. Stephanie our bridal hostess was absolutely amazing! I don't know how she moved so fast but she took care of all of the set up the day of and still took great care of us in the bridal suite.
The bridal suite and groomsmen suite was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed, clean bathrooms, lots of mirrors, excellent lighting, and a tv and pool table downstairs. It was all going so smoothly, and day of rehearsal was so quick and efficient, that some from our party even had time to go down to Vitagliano and have some wine to prep for the event!
Our guests that arrived early also liked being able to go down to the winery and have a bite before the ceremony.

As for the actual event, everything was decorated exactly as I'd wanted it. I had provided pictures along with all of the decor we brought and if there were any questions Stephanie was excellent at communicating with us. We did keep things pretty simple as you can see in the pictures, but when they tell you that you don't need much in the way of decorations because the venue itself is so beautiful they are absolutely right! We had so many guests compliment us on choice of venue as it was absolutely beautiful.
Everything flows so smoothly as the coordinator, dj, and catering staff know exactly what they're doing! Lisa from the beginning helped us create a perfect program. They kept everything on time all while making it look so effortless. We did not have to worry about a thing and were able to just entirely enjoy the evening.
The catering staff were so friendly and polite and took great care of my new husband and I throughout dinner (thanks Jorge!). I also wish I'd gotten the bartender's name as guests told us he'd been great as well.
We went with the smore's package which I highly recommend as it was a hit.
All in all, I could rave for days about what a perfect day I had here!

I do recommend making sure you read everything they send you. It has more information than you might realize and they do a good job of laying everything out for you. Email them with questions as they are very quick to respond. Thanks Izzy for handling so many of our questions before the wedding! I also recommend the lighting package. It's very inexpensive and really added to the dance room vibe.

Our wedding at Lake Oak Meadows was absolutely beautiful. The venue in itself was gorgeous alone as is. What drew me to LOM was that it genuinely felt like a hidden gem amongst all the surrounding vineyards. This place is surrounded by the most gorgeous Willow trees and a beautiful little pond. I can go on and on about its natural beauty but that was not all that made it special....

Lake Oak Meadows staff was phenomenal. Lisa the day of coordinator was amazing, everything was laid out correctly as I had envisioned it, timing was on schedule, the whole place was clean and organized. The staff the day of kept very good communication with me to ensure no details went unnoticed. Our DJ Mike was amazing, I wasn't sure if he would be able to pull off our insane mixture of music, spanish salsa, cumbias, hip hop, country, rock, and EDM and he did without any flaws! Our day was incredible! I knew this was the venue the first time I saw it, and the day we left the venue married, I knew this was the best choice I could have ever made. The service, the elegance, and the price, it has gone unmatched. I shopped around and received over 50 quotes and nothing compared to what Lake Oak Meadow was delivering.

We toured many wedding venues around the Temecula area and LOM was by far the best one! Unlike most outdoor winery venues where there are lots of foot traffic from people visiting the winery, LOM is its own venue separated from the winery, so it’s more intimate and well maintained. We are more than happy and grateful that we picked them as our wedding venue. If you are looking for a beautiful outdoor winery venue with plenty of flowers/trees and greenery for that garden ethereal wedding, then LOM is for you! Not only was the venue absolutely stunning in the summer time as we had a June wedding, but the staff we worked with are amazing! Izzy is the main go to person, and she was always very quick at responding via email and answered all my questions throughout the year of wedding planning. Kim was our day of coordinator, and I couldn’t ask for a better coordinator. She was so organized and went over every detail of the wedding multiple times so that we could just have fun and enjoy the day of the wedding without having to worry about anything. She contacted all the vendors in advance and worked with them on the day of to make sure everything went smoothly on the day of our wedding. Both Lizzy and Kim are amazing to work and made planning our wedding stress free. Also, LOM is an all inclusive venue, so it was easy to work with their catering, baker, etc. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience at LOM and would recommend it to all of our friends and family wanting a wedding in the Temecula area.

If you want your wedding to be an absolute fairy tale, this is THE place.

Shortly after I was proposed to, I did what most women do and I started obsessively watching wedding TV shows. On the show “I Want THAT Wedding” the season finale displayed a venue that was noted as cost effective and whimsical. Oh, and there was fire in the lake at the vineyard. Fire + lake + vineyard? Wow! Living in North Hollywood my interest immediately piqued when I heard that this place was in Temecula… Not too far at all!

As soon as we arrived at the venue to do a tour with Jasmine, my now husband and I knew 100% this was the place that we wanted to get married. Jasmine had even texted us the morning of to ensure we had quick access to get ahold of her if we needed to connect that morning prior to our visit. It’s the small stuff, ya know? She treated us to a glass of champagne while we reviewed the packages available. My husband doesn’t usually alcohol, but he really enjoyed the champagne (as did I).

We had given ourselves a very short turnaround time to get married… We wanted to get married as soon as possible and barely had four months to figure it out. During our tour we discovered that this venue had everything figured out for us. All of the things that I was too stressed to figure out were included at this place… The officiant, the DJ, the floral group, the bakery, plate chargers, colored napkins, a day of planner, the food, photo booth, alcohol, golf carts, a horse and carriage… YUP, a horse and carriage!

Another small but special detail that really convinced us this place was great - after our initial tour, we were enjoying more wine in the tasting area, and when we were done we hopped on a complimentary golf cart ride back to our car. All over the property they have folks on carts offering to help transport people to their car, restroom, etc. We left right at the time that they were flipping over to an evening wedding. We got the opportunity to witness the professionalism and attentiveness that the gentleman driving the golf cart had. Though he remained very pleasant towards us, it was fantastic to see his attention switch to the wedding and hear the people on the walkie-talkies put their focus on someone’s special evening. We felt lucky to witness the professionalism and enthusiasm the employees had towards the event.

Though the venue has an efficient day of planner, my partner and I opted to get a full planner of our own. Upon solidifying our wedding date, Lake Oak and ALL vendors worked harmoniously with our planner to ensure a seamless special day.

Every little detail throughout the whole process was either exactly what we wanted, or what we didn’t even know that we needed. You can adjust your package in many ways. They even have a wedding suite for every one to get ready in. It’s divided by having women on the top floor, men on the bottom with separate entrances. The men’s floor has a pool table, dart board, foosball table and barber chair. The women’s floor is well lit, spacious, has makeup chairs, and a bed. You’ll be assigned a host for the day that ensures your wedding party has adult beverages.

I could go on and on but I really want to emphasis that Lake Oak Meadows is a great cost, the employees have incredible work ethic and positive energy, and that it really is a magical place.

I’ve signed up for their wine club because I want an excuse to keep going back to the place that will forever be imprinted on my heart. Thank you Lake Oak Meadows for being one of the best choices I’ve ever made <3

Great venue ... beautiful area for the ceremony on a peninsula surrounded by a lake, large reception area with bar and fire pits, a dance room, nice restrooms. I wasn't part of the wedding party but from what I saw the bridal suite looked well appointed. AV system pumped the audio throughout the venue so no matter where you were you could hear what was going on. Weather was cold (and rainy) so they had a large tent with heaters which (sort of) made it comfortable. And food was excellent!. Staff did their best to accommodate us even though the weather wasn't perfect. Venue shuts down at 9:30 (prompt). Bridal party started with photos at ~1 ... so 8+ hours seemed like plenty of time for the festivities!

We have photographed weddings at Lake Oak Meadows multiple times over the years, it is a beautiful venue! The vineyards up above the ceremony site are perfect for photos at golden hour, and the whole pathway has many different spots you can stop for photos. The getting ready suites for both the bride and groom have a lot of natural light and space, which is always a good thing. We can't wait to be back! ig @_themcfarlands_
