It made me nervous to book a hotel in a city I'd never visited, but I'm glad I took a chance on this one. It's a 5-minute walk to the "Old Town" area, which is a cross between Park City and Jackson Hole. Great shops and restaurants. We felt very safe in the hotel. There are hotels nearby that are more upscale, but this hotel was very comfortable (including fabulous beds) and had a fantastic, free, full breakfast. Eggs, country potatoes, sausage, waffles with lots of toppings, bagels and cream cheese, muffins, pastries, breakfast cereals, oatmeal, toast, whole fruit, and an assortment of yogurts, fruit juices, coffee and tea. The eggs weren't the rubbery kind you get in most breakfast restaurants and hotels--they rivaled what I make at home. And with many restaurants in California currently adding a surcharge for eggs that are astronomically expensive due to bird flu, it's a big deal for the hotel to serve free, delicious eggs! There was a woman in the adjacent kitchen who was constantly re-stocking the items (I suspect that she cooked the hot items fresh, too.) ||The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The thermostat in the room is tricky to figure out, so they keep a sample one at the front desk to show us how to use it. The TV was a little tricky to figure out also, but we worked it out. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool, so I can't speak to that. The only drawback was that the walls are a little thin and it's easy to hear people in the hallway. We were fortunate to stay in an accessible room at the end of the hall, so it wasn't a significant issue for us, but I can see that it could be if the room were in a high-traffic area and guests were noisy in the hallway or an adjacent room. We were very happy with our experience overall and will definitely stay in the future if we return to Temecula!

Probably the nicest Best Western property we have stayed at. Front desk staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Room was quiet, and breakfast was pretty good. We would choose this hotel again if we are in the area.

I am extremely shocked with this Best Western after seeing so many positive reviews. This is one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever been in.

Nichole, at the front desk, was pleasant which is the only reason I gave two stars.

We checked in and promptly found a room with stains on the walls, the lamp shades, and the pull out bed. There was food crumbs on the floor and then we found bodily fluid on the toilet seat which is where I finally drew the line.

Nichole gave us a different room and we found it to be in a similar state. I asked if someone could at least come and clean the bathroom but there was no cleaning staff on duty. After learning that, we decided we would not be staying.

Nichole told us we would be refunded our money after it is charged in the morning (not quite sure why I would be charged at all). Hoping there is no issues with that also.

Quite upsetting, it was late and my family was very tired after a day of traveling.

Great hotel, and the room was clean and had a microwave as well as a mini fridge. The free breakfast was good. It is only a 5 minute walk to downtown old temcula. Highly recommend and will be returning next time.

No frills clean and comfortable place to stay. I really enjoyed the included breakfast which was much nicer than typical continental breakfasts. Make your own waffles, sausages, eggs, potatoes, fancy coffee machine. I would stay again.

About 20 minutes from Wine Country in Fallbrook.

Our stay was great. We had stayed here previously, this time we had the pleasure of Pamela helping us all the difference. She was amazing! Def helped us alot. We truly appreciated everything and hope the company treats her as amazing as she treated us!

And we do appreciate the gentlemen bringing us the extra trash bags to the room:) so we didn’t have extra trash in our room. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay, including the fitness center and pool. Good choices for breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, with a larger screen TV than most budget priced hotels. Walkable distance to Old Town Temecula with lots of shops and restaurants.

Very clean hotel. Centrally located next to Old Town Temecula. Everything was within walking distance.||The hotel had the usual literature on what is going on in town with emphasis on the Wineries and Pechanga Casino. The staff as very friendly and helpful.||You can’t beat the price. We visit Temecula at least twice a year and this Best Western Plus was great.
