Honestly, first glance didn’t expect much but boy was I wrong! Great customer service, the rooms and hotel was clean and it was so peaceful and quiet! Out of a weeks worth of diff hotels in various cities, this was by far the best one! Front desk lady was so sweet and a joy to chat with! Pool and hot tub were also a big perk!

Excellent customer service, nice gym and hot tub as well as great parking! We loved having a kitchen in the hotel room and the bedroom being separated from the living room! We originally had a different hotel our first night in town which was run down and the building had no power, hot water, and the hot tub was covered in dirt. We switched to this hotel for the next three days and it was definitely worth staying here! On my last day I was stuck in traffic and requested a late check out, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating! 5 Stars for the customer service and the hotel!

We stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Murrietta-Temecula for the weekend. We had a few concerns with the room and Dana Williams, Assistant GM, was quite professional and showed a willingness to correct the issues as well as provide a solution that made my wife happy. The hotel is in close proximity to Old Town and about 15 minutes to the wineries. We look forward to returning in the near future to see if the improvements we discussed with Dana are implemented as well as enjoy Temecula and its hiking, wineries and Old town. |Recommended

Newer hotel that is close to perfect. Highly recommended. Will stay there in the future. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is what you’d expect at a hotel of this caliber. Very clean and rooms are very nice.

The room was pretty bad, the door on the outside was dirty… one of the keys we were giving didn’t work. There was this huge black stain on the wall. The sink in the bathroom had a foul Odor coming from the drains. I was scared to even shower and brush my teeth because of the smell. Over all the stay would have been a lot better if we gotten a better room.

Super friendly front desk staff, always nice to have the two bedroom suite with kiddos and only about a 15 minute drive to Temecula's wineries. Pretty central with plenty of options for food and wasn't crowded when we went, the pool was especially empty both days we took the kids down. The curtains in the rooms all had minor holes in them but besides that the rooms were nice!

Hotel is a bit dirty and in need of a remodel. Hallways are smelly, wallpaper is peeling and the pull out couches are broken. I would stay here again if I had to but I would certainly not seek out staying here again. Additionally the normal breakfast for a Residence Inn is not there. Just packages sugar muffins and bananas. The hotel staff was nice and responsive but overall the hotel is headed in the wrong direction. Raise the bar don’t lower it.

We stayed here 4 years ago. It was much better at that time. Rooms have not been maintained. Complimentary breakfast is a joke - an apple, a banana, packaged muffin and coffee. Not even milk or yogurt
