This was the second time I stayed here and the experience was vastly different. The first time the room was clean, with vinyl flooring, and quiet. However my latest stay this past weekend was gross. The flooring was carpeting and had pet waste stains all over them and the sofa. I wore my shoes the entire time in the room. The bed sheets had a few human hairs on them. The television LED's are darkened from the unit being on so much and probably needs replacing. And the noise from other guests was annoying. There was an incredible amount of slamming doors, drawers, and everything else. The staff was great, but the overall stay was not.

This stay was awesome! Property clean, help is friendly. My only comment is that the pillows were not the best. I think maybe they get laundered alot so their useful life is short. I used 3 pillows in an attempt to be comfortable and ended up fighting with them all night. That is a small workaround when everything else is OUTSTANDING! Thank you for making this holiday stay stress free!

My family and I had to seek emergency housing and the staff at Home2Suites were incredibly kind and patient with accommodating us. The staff was always ready to help with any requests and was more than patient when we had to extend unexpectedly. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. In our hard times the hotel was comfortable and I couldn’t wish for a better place to stay.

Go elsewhere. Have stayed here 4-5x over the past 16 months, it's gone downhill a little bit each visit and this most recent visit will be our final visit to this hotel. The property is not being maintained well, they need fresh paint and to clean the carpets and put spot remover on the furniture The rolling office chair in our room was very dirty. AND BETTER HOUSEKEEPING. They allow pets, so some rooms smell like a rabbit hutch. All of that and then a bunch of free running kids in the gym while their parents did laundry... no thanks. I'll take my Hilton business elsewhere. When management refreshes the property they should splash that news all over

Positive: The rooms are good size and clean. Comfortable sitting area and I liked the king bed. Negative: The breakfast was awful. It was not even warm. A microwave would be nice.

It’s definitely a fairly new hotel, everything is well kept, and the hotel team does a great job. My longest stay here was 25 days. And I would do it again, this place is great.

Mixed bag. Nice to have the kitchen space. Bed was ok and the desk was good.
On the other hand, the floors are thin, the upstairs neighbors were insanely loud some nights, dogs are allowed but people with dogs aren't grouped into a part of the hotel and that's a bummer especially when some start howling after midnight.
The food is atrocious. Junk. Sugared plastic as far as I could tell.
It only opened a few years ago and then just felt corporate/sterile. Now it's already starting to fell a bit rundown -- there's a cheapness to all the finishes.
Finally the layout isn't very good. For example you can exit by stairs but your forced to take the elevator to get up to a room.

Would not recommend staying here unless they get new management that cares about their guests who stay. We booked a 5 night stay. 1st day drove 9 1/2 hours to get there to find an incredible amount of urine stains on the mattress (always pull the sheets up when staying at any hotel) when asked to be switched rooms it took them another 30 minutes to get us to a different room. When we finally got our room to shower the shower drain was so full of hair that it wouldnt drain! Felt like we were swimming in a swimming pool! The walls are incredible thin you can hear everything from rooms besides you and as well the stomping of kids on the upper floor. The policy simply states that every second day of your stay they clean your room and refresh your towels. They need new housekeepers if they consider "cleaning" is just bringing new towels and making the bed with the old sheets. The 4th day they were supposed to come in and clean the room and take all dirty towels and replace with fresh..never happened. Room wasn't touched. We called the front desk and they told us we probally had the no disturb sign on the door. Which we didn't. When asked for clean sheets and clean towels it took them 30 minutes to bring them to us so we could MAKE THE BED OURSELVES and have clean towels to shower...only to find condom wrappers and pills behind the bed. This is a HILTON hotel not a Motel 6 and we have stayed in many Hilton hotels and have never had the experience we had on this stay. We are silver members, we were not offered water when we checked in and when we checked out no questions about how our stay was. Customer service is lacking here and as I review other reviews from other people I wish I would have read them prior to my stay here or we wouldn't have bothered. Shame on you Hilton. Check on your hotels and the management you have working for you
