We got two rooms. One for our oldest daughters and toddler and one for my spouse and I. The rooms were really nice and clean. I have zero complaints about the rooms, even my toddler loved them. The employees and customer service was excellent. Everyone was super helpful and inviting. The hotel was conveniently located to the winery we were going to for my parents vow renewal and to the pechanga for a later hangout. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again.

This has been a horrible experience thus far!! Before I arrived I requested a walk in shower and they put me in a acc room. I was able to switch rooms. The linen they give u have stains on them. I asked for my room to be cleaned on our 3rd day of being here and when we came back the linens on the bed were not changed nor was the bed made to look like the room was cleaned. I still had trash near the microwave that wasn't picked up from their "cleaning". When I approached the front desk he told me that policy was they don't usually change the beds unless ur staying 7 nights or more and it was policy. Imagine if u had a small child that wet the bed or something. I do NOT recommend and there is never a manager on site! Let's not forget they had a group of teenagers that were running laps on the second floor and the lady at the front desk was making excuses for them talking about "kids being kids". Ma'am they bout grown, not toddlers or babies. I mean hardcore stomping like they was due to come through the floor at any moment. There was a male and female I encountered during my stay at the front desk.

This hotel exceeded expectations based on the reviews. Despite many writing about a lack of cleanliness/condition, the hotel has seemingly been renovated since then. There are aspects that feel dated, but overall, really pleasant experience. Breakfast was one of the better breakfast experiences I have had at a Springhill Suites. Staff was all really helpful and friendly. Location is ideal to get to the Old Town area and a quick drive to wineries up the road. Really everything you could want is within a 10 minute drive as far as restaurants, pharmacies, grocery, etc. Don't let older reviews deter you!

The hotel is ok -but nothing special. Breakfast was meh. The road noise is intolerable. And they can't/won't move you. Do NOT stay here if you plan to sleep. Do yourself a favor and find a place away from rout 15. I didn't sleep for 2 days, Unacceptable.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast but great location. The young lady at the front desk when we checked in was more than 5 Star I believe her name was Rachel. She was attentive and several times we noticed her going above and
beyond for guests. The lack of daily housekeeping was a negative and being right off the freeway better sound proofing is needed. Overall a good stay and would probably stay here again

Horrible Christmas night thanks to incompetent staff.

I question my loyalty to Marriott, my daughter and grandchildren were refused a room that i booked for them Xmas night. I spoke to the front desk and used the Mobile app to ensure they were able to check in while i arrived.
They had to wait until I physically arrived at 2:30AM to check in, totally unacceptable!!!
Why call me to verify my credit card? (Still deny entrance to my room)
Why have Apps that don’t communicate with the front desk?
Why have mobile check in, if the location doesn’t acknowledge it?

The room is really nice. There’s space to work. The TV is awkwardly placed in the room so you’ll always have to turn your head to watch tv if you’re in bed or on the sofa. The indoor pool is nice when the outdoor is too cold. Platinum Elite members are placed on the top floor. The exercise room is open 24 hours. Very close to a lot of great food restaurant.

Avoid this place at all cost. The lady refused to change our room we checked into as our room had an unusual smell. We had a bad night all night knowing the lady, Monika, refused customer service. My family, especially my mother, soon to be retired, is an frequent flyer and stays at hotels across this country and 1 in Canada, has never ever been to a hotel that refuses to change a customers room. We paied $255 plus tax for one night on a Saturday night and that's not enough to have the benefit to change our room? Ugh.
